My buying journey with Premier was fantastic, I was very happy and impressed with how they dealt with me and how professional they were, I am over the moon with my Mercedes and the lads at Premier go out of there way to please customers and make sure that you leave there happy. I was well impressed with how everything went whilst I was buying my Kia from Premier Car's, Kettering, I have not used them before but based on the experience I had dealing with them I would use them again in the future. I had no reservations about anything, the customer service from the salesman was bob on, he gave me the time I needed looking round the car and I was also able to take it for a good test drive to get a feel for it and to make sure I was making the right decision in purchasing the Kia, I cannot fault this dealership in the slightest.

My daughter is continuing to learn to drive in the Fiat and everything is going well so far. They are definitely worthy of a five star review from me, everything was perfect! Premier Car Supermarket looked after me really well as a customer! Throughout the purchase everything was plain sailing and I couldn't have wanted anything more from them and I felt like everything was explained clearly. Initially after the purchase I did have a slight issue with it pulling to the right and Premier Car Supermarket sorted this issue really quickly! It was really reassuring to be listened to even after the purchase. Since then the car has been great!
