I have agreed to purchase car over the phone and paid deposit. Next day, my finance declined by bank and upon that this company has declined to refund me (No official receipt of deposit provided) and provide feedback as "I'm sorry I have already spent your deposit down the pub tonight". I will not recommend anyone to this dealer.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. PROCURED A £25K CAR FROM THE SO CALLED NICE MAX. FOLLOWING A FURTHER £500 ON INVESTIGATION WHY PARTS OF THE CAR WERE NOT WORKING (WHICH MAX STILL HASNT REIMBURSED ME) HE EVENTUALLY TOLD ME HE WAS FILING FOR BANKCRUPCY AND SORT THE PROBLEM MYSELF. I NOW HAVE A £25K CAR WHICH IS PROBABLY WORTH HALF THAT DUE TO THE ISSUES WITH IT. THANKS MAX, SO GLAD TO HAVE DEALT WITH YOU
