My purchase was dealt with by Matt, who helped make it a very streamline purchase. The entire process from deposit to drive away was only 5 days. I arranged a test drive through their website, was shortly thereafter contacted to book it in. Gave me deposit straight after as the car was perfect. I quickly sorted out my own finance and paid the funds into the account provided. I received confirmation of the payment within 5 minutes. Vehicle was then serviced, MOT'd and cleaned ready for pick up. 5 star job.

Just picked up my pristine Audi A6 from Premier. Matt handled the sale although Mark completed the handover. Both provided a first class service, hassle free in a totally relaxed manner without any pressure to buy. Matt arranged the replacement of two perfectly good tyres which had plenty of wear remaining without any prompting from me. I purchased a Range Rover evoke from premier cars, the service we received from Matt was outstanding, when we first bought the car there was no pressure to buy like most dealers, Matt held the car for the rest of the day while we checked out the other main dealers, but none of these could compete with premier cars. We called and secured the deal over the phone at the end of the day, and the service we received from then on was also was fantastic. After having the car 3 months, the engine light come on, and diagnostics come up with piston valve failure (general wear and tear known on Land Rover engines over time) nothing faulty at time of sale. Although this was 3 months after I purchased the car, I called Matt and explained the situation, he was more than happy to help. I returned the vehicle and Matt had this checked over by Land Rover specialist, diagnosed the fault and ordered the part from Land Rover. Once completed they Road tested the car (covering the fuel) to make sure everything was perfect before the vehicle was returned to me. Matt and the team dealt directly with the warranty company so I did not have the hassle and was not out of pocket, premier cars covered this for me and recovered the costs from warranty company. The car now drives perfect again and was returned cleaned which was a nice gesture.
