Matt was absolutely brilliant when selling us our new car. Very helpful and put up with lots of questions from my husband and I. The processes of test driving and buying were both quick and easy. We also found a very minor problem with the new car a month or so after buying (the front windscreen washers weren't working). Matt quickly arranged for the car to be looked at, and the problem was fixed quickly (and was under the warranty). He even gave us a courtesy car for the days that our new car was being fixed. The problem was fully explained to us, and even how to avoid it in the future. Honestly can't recommend Matt and Premier Cars, Sandbach enough.

Buying a car from Premier was a great experience. The description was spot on, the car was prepped to a very high standard and freshly serviced. Right from the first point of contact Mark was helpful and professional. When I arrived the car was ready to go and all the paperwork prepared. The whole experience was leagues ahead of most car dealerships, the main franchises could learn a thing or two from Premier.

Always great service from Matt and Mark at Premier Cars Sandbach, a great range of cars to choose from and don't feel pushed into anything. Not your average car dealership. Had lots of cars from these guys as a family and no doubt many more to come!
