Not very happy, wanted to take a car out on finance, I test drove the car and was partially happy, I got some weird vibes and especially the organisation in the place, anyway so we sat down and done the application, I stated very clearly I couldn’t afford to do a deposit which he seemed ok with and didn’t say I needed to , to then later find out he added a £1700 deposit to be paid. I contacted the finance company to ask some questions to find out he had said the deposit was paid( he probably paid it ) and the customer has the car. Not sure what his game was but be careful with this lot. After some research I found out they deal with cat Ds mainly. Do your checks when dealing with this dealer.

I just wanted to leave this review as I bought a cat D car here. The information was clearly visible on the car details. It was a great car and I had no complaints. I have seen reviews claiming that the information was not available. That was not my experience.
I have just sold the car I bought back from Premier Carz back in 2014 to discover the vehicle was a cat d and worth half the value I thought it was ... the dealer withheld this information in discussions and in the advertisement of the car, however, looked back on the receipt and was written in small print, very unprofessional and misleading ... avoid !
I've just found out that the car they sold me 6 months ago is a cat d. This was never mentioned to me at the time of sale. They took my old car in part x, and sold me a Nissan at top price. Now instead of my new car being worth £8500, it's probably only worth £4000. Not happy at all.

Hello, just a quick question, have you contacted them about this? I have just seen they have done the same to me, I brought a car from them a few years ago and now trying to sell it but its a cat c which no one told me about, the car i thought was worth a fair bit is now worthless, we where thinking of court.
They are extremely disorganised. I had an issue with the radio and the said they would change the cable, even though I could listen to the radio when stationary while driving I couldn't, I took the radio out to find out that the cable was never replaced but stuck together with cello tape. Tried to contact them on several occasions but they never reply.
I was happy with Premier Carz, there was a little disorganisation on their part regarding some existing finance but it did get sorted eventually and the car I purchased from them has been excellent in the few months that I've owned it. Overall I'm happy with the outcome.

I've had no problems with the car, Premier Carz did their job well from start to finish, the price was fair and I've got zero complaints. I recommend them to anybody reading this review.

Bought a car in January this year from Premier Carz. Very helpful and fantastic after sales service. Honest and fair people to deal with in my opinion. Great experience. Highly recommended.
I bought a audi A3 two mouths ago very helpfully and very pleased with the service provided I would defiantly recommend them to friends and family.
Saw Renault Espace advertised on autotrader, phoned dealer to discuss condition, based on what he said made 240 mile round trip journey to test car. Didn't bother to test drive as car was not as advertised on autotrader, or as described by the dealer over the phone (eg tyres described as good when in fact 3 of the 4 different makes fitted were near bald). Car had look and feel of 200k miles and i find it impossible to believe the 49k showing on the clock. Roof didn't work, aircon didn't work, etc etc. In short an absolute nail. worth perhaps 20% of the asking price. Based on this experience I conclude that the dealer is either a) incompetent or b) a rogue. Not sure which.
