The purchase of a discounted pre registered Suzuki Ignis online was made simple and straight forward by sales advisor Chris Wallace. The car was delivered free of charge to Oxfordshire and in showroom condition. A competitive price was offered for the part exchange so it was collected at the same time. As a bonus, the fuel tank was full and 2nd year breakdown cover and first MOT cover was included.
Avoid this dealership! Shocking service, Couldn’t fix our Kia Sorento that had been twice to them. Made me pay for air con regas when the problem was clearly down to a faulty pump. Bunch of liars telling me the car is fixed and on way home breaks down. It’s been over 2 months and still have not contacted be back in regards to refunding me for the air con regas. Reassuring me the cutting out has been fixed because they tested that by thrashing my car where there’s no police!! 😳 . Bunch of unprofessional cowboys. Emailed b.bird@premier-car.co.uk no response says it all.Booked with another Kia dealership to have issue fixed as they clearly haven’t a clue on what they doing.

I contacted this Kia branch on Thursday1st of March, I had seen a Sportage on their website, the gentleman I spoke with was Charley Murton. He explained the car was a former demonstrator, I had been surprised to see a latest generation Sportage for sale so soon. I explained I wished to part exchange my current vehicle against a prospective purchase. I went to the dealership the following Tuesday, Charley was very welcoming and offered me a coffee, I needed it after having been at the mercy of a satnav for over an hour. He made me a very welcome offer on my vehicle and then we went for a test drive. Loved the car straight away. The negotiations were done professionally and efficiently, he then sorted out delivery to my home the following day, amazingly quickly. I have contacted him a couple of times since with a few questions he has continued to be extremely helpful each time. I am very impressed with this dealership and Charley in particular. A note to Charley your directions to get me home we’re spot on no need for the satnav and a half hour quicker!!
When buying the guy was great, smooth transaction. The car has had an issue for 18 months and each time we are told there is a nail in the tyre. All tyres been changed and still goes down. We been told a few times the valve is the issue from other garages. Lied to constantly. Don’t bother with repairs
I have had my Kia Soul 2 for a few months now and it's been excellent! I have had no issues with it at all. I found all of the staff to be really helpful and accomodating and I think I got the car for a very good price! I would happily recommend this dealership.

I was lied to so they could make a sale. It cost me £1000 to sort and they don't care. Do not buy from Premier Kia Rochdale!!
I bought a Dodge from here in May, the service and the sale process were excellent. The has has developed a fault though and has been back at the garage for some time... I would recommend them for their ability to sell a car but they need to be a lot quicker at finding problems and doing repairs.

Got a great deal from Premier Kia and from offer to collection of my shiny new Sportage, nothing was too much trouble. Stuart was the salesman I dealt with and he was very professional, courteous and helpful. Showed me a few important features of the car, filled up the car with petrol before I left and I even got to drive it out of the showroom myself. Thanks guys!
