this is the worse car company i have ever bought a car from, purchased a seat from them within a month of having the car the flywheel had gone phoned them up to complain all i got was abuse on the phone from the guy, a couple month late the turbo had gone once again they gave me loads of abuse on the phone to this day i have spent so much money on this car more than i paid for it. never ever buy from this company never

Just Bought my new car recently from Paragon in Burnley, really helpful and gave me strong money for my part exchange. The car was as described. Thank you for a great buying experience.

I purchased my SAAB 95 from Premier Motor Company back in March. They took my Honda Accord as a part exchange and delivered my Saab to me in Hull, the Auto trader description and service history was nothing like reality, after 5 days the car stopped with critical issues... they were evasive, abusive to my wife and I and even though the repairs were almost as much as the cost of the car in total £2600 approx and the car cost £3000, they told me they would see me in court. They will not tell me who the owner is so I haven't yet taken them to court. If anyone knows the owner please let me know so that I can. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE.

People be aware. The company Premier Motor Company is now trading under the new name Paragon. Be aware, same brothers but for the third time new name. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

These people sold me a car that turned out to be stolen. One year later im being summoned in court and car may be confiscated worth £2350. Beware of Premier Motor Company and the brothers who own this, they've caused me a lot of stress and loss of money. I hope the same happens to them too.

They were very friendly and helpful but as soon as i handed the money and drove home i realised the car had many problems. Went back to them but they said not our problem and became very aggressive. Iv also realised that these two brothers keep changing the name of the Premier Motor Company maybe to avoid trading standards, I really dont know.. BEWARE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BROTHERS.

Premier motor company were so helpful through the process of me buying my new car. I bought a BMW 335d which has the spec i have never seen, fair enough i paid £14,995 but it was well worth it!! The lads there are down to earth which made the whole experience really comfortable. Thanks guys, i will be back soon for another car. Highly recommended!!!!

I would give a minus score if I could but unfortunatley 1 is the lowest. These guys were fine until I had handed over the money. I had promblems with the car on the journey home and when I rang up I was told it was my problem. A week after buying the car I found out it had been clocked. I tried to get in contact with the two men I had dealt with in Premier when buying the car but was unable to reach either one on their mobile. When I called the office I was told they were off. I tried several times over a number of weeks and was told that they weren't around and the person I was speaking to knew nothing of my previous calls. I have passed all the back-up of the false mileage to Trading Standards who are now investigating.

I would have 0 most of the scores but it didn't have a zero on there. The man who served us was nice, however it went down hill from there on in (once they had the money). Premier Motor Company sold me a car that needed over a thousand pound worth of working doing. Yes a thousand pound's spending on it in less than a month. When I went to see them at the garage they simply said that's wear and tear and therefore would not help. We was basically told to go away it's nothing to do with them so leave the garage. We are now taking legal action against them to reclaim the money for the repairs. It's been reported to Trading Standards who are very interested in their conduct during this sale.
