Worst dealership I've dealt with who kept on going back on their word. Had issue with air conditioning which at first they said they will sort but 3 months down the line they never paid up. In addition to that when I saw them face to face they said they will sort the repair on prop shaft mounts. They will get part ordered in which'll take a couple days and then we can book it in for repair. This never happened and a month later had to go through the finance company to get any response. Eventually I heard back and as this is a "normal wear for distance travelled" they flatly refused to do any repairs. Why not tell me at the time that its not going to be done where it can cause far more damage! I would strongly recommend not using Premier Motors as the they keep going back on what they say. If anyone ever wants to use them DON'T!! Find a car elsewhere and stay away from them.

Purchased a car from here a week ago. Alex was very open and honest about the car before we travelled to see as we live quite away away. It was everything he said. We couldn't get there till the evening so he waited for us. He let us take it for a test drive on our own and absolutely no pressure selling involved. We purchased the car with a 6 month warranty that evening. Great service, nice easy transaction and Would recommend

Avoid Premier Motors. Bought a car and have nothing but issues. The warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. Alex who sold the car to me has become rude and aggressive on the phone and is refusing a refund, although I’ve done all I can to resolve this. The car is no where near fit for purpose and they do not care. Once they have your money, forget any kind of help. Thanks to the consumer Rights act, I will be getting my money back. Please do not be sucked in by the cheap prices. They are cheap for a reason.

Brought my car from Premier motors with no problems. 10 weeks after buying my car i had an oil change & was told there was a crack in the thermostat housing. Went back to premier motors who replaced the part under warranty within 3 days. Couldn't be happier with the service they provide.
