Premier Motors is an absolutely terrible car dealership. They advertised a car as "comes with full dealership service history". I noticed on the next day of buying the car that the service book provided belongs to another car. I informed them immediately and they said they will get a "duplicate" service book issued from the dealership. They never got back to me on it. I tried calling them several times. If they pick up, they either take a message or do not pick up at all. This has been going on since last 2 months. I paid a premium price for a car with no service history, spare key, spare wheel and parcel shelf. I also had to pay for new brakes since the nearside brake disc was cracked and it was dangerous to drive. The funny thing is the car got a MOT just a month before I bought it. I will recommend to stay away from them. PS: They also operate as Approved Quality Motors as their card machine was used for the transaction.

I can relate to your issues and strongly recommend liaising with citizens advice. Call them on 03454040506 and tell them the issues you have had. Trading standards may also show an interest.
That's not response you've given me since the problems I've had with the vehicle. I now have to pay from my own pocket to have the brakes done and also the ecu fixed which isn't cheap. all Premier Motors have done is pass the blame accusing me of doing the damage within my journey home from tour garage. absolutely appalling after sale service and I just hope everyone who considers you reads the real reviews on you not the ones made up. and I've tried leaving my review on your website and low and behold there's nowhere to actually leave you one. never experienced such a back alley experience from a company like yours

Hi Dean I read the review left by you complaining about brake issues only and the owner of this business offer you a free replacement which I think is more than fair you did not mention any ecu problem in your google review is that dimetnig you just added after being offered a free repair have you actually dealt with this company and reflecting your own experience as this review for not match your google review, I hope you are leaving a fake review.

please read original review left on google and our response no ecu issues but after Dean was offered free brake discs replacement he came up with new ecu story original review posted on google AVOID AVOID AVOID!! purchased a car just over month ago now and nothing but problems within the first 24 hours!! things missing from the car e.g parcel shelf. the car was nowhere near as described or shown in photos! dent they didn't mention, everything faded and worn but clearly avoided telling me this before doing a 4hour drive to get to them. they trade under a different name, every car is from an auction and sales team???? no there is only one salesman! the owner is possible the worst business man I've ever dealt with! they have their own m.o.t garage on site so u do the maths how their car passes mot's becuase my car has only done a 1000 miles since m.o.t and brakes are completely gone yet didn't have an advisory. every good review on here is a fake one made by themselves. really wish I did my homework more on this company before wasting my time and clearly alot of money. I can't urge people enough to really stay away from this garage they literally are con men who unfortunately have taken advantage of innocent people. Response from the owner weeks ago Hi Dean Thanks for reviewing us, We are sorry to learn that you have to change the brake discs but as verbally explained to you over the phone they were not advised on latest MOT, and you have not brought the car back to us to inspect them so we can look into having them replaced. Again we would like to invite you to bring the car back to inspect and possibly replace the brake discs free of charge. This company should be shut down. Take them to court I will. They can change company name or director as much as they like I will find everyone's name and name them and all companys acssociated with these scumbags. And take it all the way to the high court
Appalling after sales service, I purchased a car and as it didn’t have a parcel shelf, I was promised one would be “ordered from eBay today” for me as I drove away. This was on the 28th of June. After receiving nothing after a number of weeks I had to call Premier Motors to chase it and each time was told some story about how it was already sent, or it was ready to be sent and would be posted on the same day of my call. I had to call up a RIDICULOUS amount of times until a shelf finally arrived on 2nd of NOVEMBER. That’s over 4 months of chasing. And also worth noting, unless I hide my number, no one answers the phone. So you can imagine my disappointment after thinking this ordeal was over, to find no brackets to slot the shelf in had been provided, so I contacted Premier Motors again, this time via WhatsApp as I had been provided the number, I messaged for someone to send me the brackets (with a link on eBay to exactly what I was missing) i had messaged 5 separate days, all of which had been read and ignored, during that time I have also called twice and been told on both occasions I would get a call back as they’re “seeing if they can find spares in the workshop” ie they are waiting for another TT to come in so they can take the parts I need off another car they will sell half-kitted out. This is still going on now, perhaps a public complaint will have more impact than phone or WhatsApp. Will also mention that immediately after buying my car I had it health checked and it would have failed it’s MOT after I was told there were only minor issues with it. Premier Motors dismisses that fact as it wasn’t “engine or gear box” issues. Premier Motors will you PLEASE sort this out ASAP

hi sorry it took us long to sort out as your parcel shelf was ordered immediately but courier lost it, a replacement was not available immediately but all sorted now.
