I was quite impressed with the level of service I received from this company.
I did have a look at the reviews before I bought a car from this company but I was in love with the car so went ahead and purchased it. Their customer service was great and the car's condition was quite close to what I expected. They do need to work on getting test drives sorted out on time but besides that I have had a positive experience with this company and will recommend them to my friends.
In my opinion I would stay away form these guys, I paid £30k for a Q7 which after purchasing found out it was a CATD insurance loss. I have asked to see the AA report which never turned up. Simply don't trust them, look at the reviews... how can this many people be wrong? I only regret not reading up about them before the purchase.

So since my last post... the Q7 I bought has failed its MOT and I have had to spend £3000.00 on repairs with our main Audi dealer, who by the way was absolutely mortified any dealer could sell a car in this state. especially to a family! I have also just read that David Mwachukwu Ilukwe the company director has been taken to court over trading. "Second hand car dealer faces possible prison sentence unless improvements are made" David Mwachukwu Ilukwe has agreed to trade fairly after complaints were made to Trading Standards. People like this never change.. it will just carry on under another name. David.... however you say your surname, give me a refund on the car or pay me the £3000 which I have receipts and paperwork for and we'll call it a day!!! you are a disgrace!
In my opinion they are the MOST dodgy car sales garage in UK!!! Can never get past the reception to get to speak the salesmen. I bought a car with hard earned cash I never got a discount and then all the problems came after that! I am still waiting for my service history which is coming from a leasing company apparently, it has been 5 months now. The car had no locking wheel nut, no manual, no service history (I was told the car was serviced, I have since had it inspected and the oil was bone dry), and I have had to replace a window motor on the car and 2 tyres which were illegal!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I called the showroom and spoke to a sales rep to discuss a vehicle which I had seen on line. I asked the main questions, is the car as described , in excellent condition? Yes he said, so I got the train and travelled three hours to the garage believing I would found the car I was looking for and would therefore drive away that day. Wrong! The rep had failed to mention the dents, spray job and passenger side wing miss aligned. The guy I spoke to on the phone was on his day off when I visited and one week gone he has still not called me to apologise. I'm now out of pocket £100 travelling costs thanks! No worries though, trading standards, Watchdog all contacted and many emails now being posted as I do not want anyone else to be found wanting or out of pocket.
Seemed great when first got the car but after few days of having it all the problems started kicking in. In the end there was over £1500 of work needed to be done. Contacted Prestige Auto Lounge and they refused to take it back or help me out in anyway possible. Poor service and based on my experience a poor company. AVOID.
We bought this car just under six months ago when we travelled down from the Lancashire area. We traded our Range Rover Vogue in for it where Obey the company owner and Austin advised us that our car was going to the auction as they wouldnt retail it. Weeks later after the promise of preparing our new car with a new battery which they hadn't done I had to drive down and get a new one fitted and noticed whilst waiting my old car was on the pitch going for £7800. We was then told our car had a AA 1 year warranty which we don't have and when we asked for prove of the AA report inspection he refused to send it us. The car has needed £3000 of work it needed 2 x new alloys as being cracked and buckled, new brake discs and pads, new electric earth, new suspension airbags at the back, new track rod end arms at the front. and the overall body work needed a respray which we wasn't to bothered about until seeing all these issues after buying it. We have been misled and every time we have rang the garage, Obey advised us on a recorded call he wasnt the manager and that his personal mobile was his his girlfriends. We have had to get a solicitor involved to reject this car and claim our money back as it has been sat on our drive for 5 months now. After having the car inspected the DPF filter is going too. Personally I wouldn't trust this company as all they do is lie, and treat customers badly, please read feedback as we have found out we are not the only customers this is happening too. We have notified trading standards also about Prestige Auto Lounge.
Called the dealer to enquire about an Aplina D3 they were selling. As I was in Northumberland and they are based in Coventry I wanted to make sure that the car was as advertised. They took my details and promised to call me back. Three days later and two further calls by myself I finally got to talk to someone. I wanted information re the service history. They said they had it but but was locked in the bosses office. It later transpired it was lost and they were trying to source it from the lease company. I arranged to view the following weekend, They knew I was travelling over four and half hours to view. When I arrived, the salesman could not be bother to greet us and sent out a guy who knew nothing about the car, When I ask questions he said speak to a certain salesman. We went inside to talk to this guy and I have never meet a most disinterested obnoxious person. Car was supposed to have been AA checked and approved as stated in their advertisement. Ask to see the report as again in their ad it states ask for the report. I was told it had not been done and if I wanted it done I would have to pay for it. They would not allow a test drive of more than once around the block. Aston was more interested in playing on his computer than selling a car. At this point we just walk out. Complete waste of time. Avoid and go to a proper dealer.
I came to Prestige Auto Lounge expecting a Nissan 350z GT model as described on the site with heated seats, cruise control etc. Only to find the car WASN'T EVEN A GT MODEL a complete waste of a 2 hour drive, I even asked on the phone before I came just to confirm if it was the model and right year reg and so forth and they agreed that it was. Also when I arrived at the dealership the salesmen did not even know how to start the car and I had to end up phoning my friend who owns one to ask how to start it. For a dealership who is meant to sell some of high end cars they do they are very unprofessional and novice.
