I went on a fools errand from Devon to Coventry to view a car being sold at Prestige Auto Lounge. The car was totally mis described by the salesman over the phone. I asked all the right questions and thought I got all the right answers. Prestige Auto Lounge were totally, absolutely dishonest, misrepresented and mis described the car. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, BE WARNED. To make people reading this review aware I am actually in the trade so if they can deceive me they will certainly deceive the general public.
I saw the car advertised on the Prestige Auto Lounge website and decided to pop up to have a look at it. I knew there was a problem with the headlight, in that it was misted up, but in negotiations with the salesman, he assured me that it would be replaced with a new one prior to me collecting the vehicle. A week later I return to collect the car, complete all the paperwork and then go outside to admire my new purchase. Immediately noticed that the headlight has in fact not been changed and if anything has actually got worse. I return inside to vent my frustration and the manager, Obi (real name David Illukwe) gets one of his workers to dry the light out with a hair-dryer, which works in a warm garage, but it mists up when out in the cold. I have to return the car a few weeks later, where they make good on their promise to fix the parking sensors, however they did more damage to the headlight, by melting the angle eye, so it is now a brownish colour. Will see if they replace next time, or whether this will be a court battle, but I would NOT recommend Prestige Auto Lounge at all.
When we were buying the car the salesman was pleasant and helpful but the minute we phoned up about some paperwork they had got wrong they suddenly became magicians as all the paperwork we required disappeared and became vague about it and rude although we are pleased with the car beware that when you've bought it they will not want to know you.

Top dealership, no pressure to buy, such a relax environment to spend your money. Would come back again in the future. The cars I saw at Prestige Auto Lounge were in excellent condition.
Bought a 2007 Honda on a part exchange from Prestige Auto Lounge and we are happy with the purchase and all their services,looking at the reviews they have seemed to experience a bad service,even our car need some attention but that is something normal on a 2007 plate,BUT MORE IMPORTANT IS HOW THEY HAVE DEALT WITH THE CONCERNS 10/10 will recommend to others and will purchase again from them p patraucean
I have purchased 4 vehicles from Prestige Auto lounge and I could not be happier! David is willing to go any lenght to please his customers. I appreciate how great this company has been in each of my purchasing experiences and I will continue to purchase from them as well as refer my friends and family.
I thought Prestige Auto Lounge have rude staff. They say that all of their cars are AA checked including breaks. My break discs pads and calipers are ready for the bin, plus a wheel bearing and oil sensor. Overall we are looking at the best part of £1000 to get everything working the way it should. I recommend you buy from elsewhere and not Prestige Auto Lounge.
OMG! Where do I start?... Do yourself a favour and read these facts. The car I bought was dangerous and has somewhere between £4500-£7000 worth of repairs needed. I condemned the car and insisted upon a refund. Car has been parked in a main dealer yard (who diagnosed the problems) for weeks and weeks because it is unsafe to drive. Asked for phone number and address of head office to make complaint and was refused the information. Currently in the middle of a court case with Prestige Auto Lounge. Think very carefully car buyers.

Hi. I am in same boat as you with prestige lounge. I asked for my money back & they are refusing. I only had car 2 weeks & had loads of trouble. They are happy for the case to go to court. I was just wondering how it went with you & was it worth going down that road?
Well I brought a BMW 3 Series from Prestige Auto Lounge in Coventry and from the moment I took it the problems started. First it was a traction control sensor which they replaced but then a load noise was coming from the back of the which I've found out its a wheel bearing and they wouldn't admit to this been broken and also the oil sensor has broken aswell and the breaks seized. Based on this you can imagine how I feel after phoning the company about 20 times with the problems still here they are very unhelpful. Some of the staff have been very rude to me. I've been honest overall with my bad experience and am not happy at all all, this work could cost around the £700 mark to fix and I think the company knew this as well I thought I would be safe going to a company like this as they had some really nice motors, how wrong was I, thanks Prestige Auto Lounge!
