So far so good, my new MG ZS is running really well and is my first fully EV. The car has been really easy to transition into, it was very well prepared and was nice and clean when I collected it. Yass was great to deal with, we had a little miscommunication in the early stages, I was under the impression there was a 3 pin charging cable and one to use out and about, there was only one charger when it was delivered and when I questioned Yass, he said there was only ever one charger. This was the only little hitch in an otherwise flawless experience, I received an after sales care call from someone called Haydon and he sympathized, he is going to try and help with my issue. 10/10 for Haydon and 9/10 for everything else, if we can get a second charger, it will be full marks all round.

My husband loves his new car, it's a Renault Megane which we bought for a great price for the age and millage, we have changed a coup,e of the tires and changed the battery too but we expected to need to do a few odd jobs from the price. The staff are lovely at Prestige Cars Berkshire, we felt very welcome and left feeling satisfied, we have spoken to them since the purchase, I feel we have build a good relationship with the team already and will likely be back if my husband or I need a new car in future.

Overall, I am very pleased with Prestige Cars Berkshire and the service Yass has provided, I feel like he has fully looked after us before, during and after the sale. We are struggling with a little issue which we noticed before Christmas, the auto start stop won't work and it won't let us turn this on. We agreed to wait until after Christmas and we are going to look to get this booked in soon, I am just trying to figure some available dates to propose, if this is dealt with effectively, I will quite happily upgrade this to a 5 star as everything else has been wonderful.

Oh my, I absolutely love my new car! my last was an 09 plate which I owned for 10 years! It was an excellent car but it was without a doubt time for a change and I treated myself to a new BMW 2 Series. There are so many more features which I love even if I am still getting used to them. The car hasn't giving me any grief and I found my love for driving once again. Really happy with Prestige Cars Berkshire and Yass who looked after me, I would recommend the company whole heartedly.

Yass and the Prestige Cars Berkshire team have been really nice to work with, the customer service is top notch and all the staff are really friendly too. I am enjoying the car although, there is a small issue with the clutch slipping. I have spoken to Yass and he is eager to get the issue ironed out for me however, I am really struggling to find the time around work. I will be getting this booked in very soon and once this is sorted, everything will be perfect, it's reassuring to deal with a company so happy to help when things do go wrong, the car was a steal so I didn't expect flawless, Overall I am happy and feel like I have gotten a good deal.

I purchased a car for my wife from Prestige Cars Berkshire, a nice little 1.0L Ford Focus, the car is great, running really well, no major cause for concern. The service light is on but I believe the car was serviced prior to our purchase. I am in the process of getting this looked at by the lads. Overall, I have been really happy with the service and the car is a good little runner, I would definitely recommend Prestige Cars Berkshire to anyone and everyone. It's a long journey to travel but well worth every mile.

Prestige Cars Berkshire have some really good people man, the service is good and my new car is great. It gets me about and it's not giving me no problems. I'm on 3 years before I get the option to change if I want to but I can imagine having the car longer, it's faultless, full marks for the car and the dealer and I would request Prestige Cars Berkshire to anyone looking for a new car.

This is my first car since coming to the UK from Vietnam, I had a Honda Civic back in my country so I felt another Honda civic would be the best choice for me, the car is quite old so I expected the few scratches and things which is absolutely fine, I also decided to replace a couple of the tires which were legal but the tread was a little low. Overall I am made up with the car and since this isn't my first Civic, it's been very quick and easy to get used to it. The customer service was very attentive and the staff are lovely. I would highly recommend Prestige Cars Berkshire!

Since purchasing my Vauxhall in September I wanted to make sure I really test drove the car and put it through a real world test. I'm happy to report that it has been an amazing little car. The sales team were very approachable and didn't use pressure tactics, everything went to plan! I'm very happy.

I haven't had much chance to drive the car as I purchased it and then ended up going on holiday 2 days later 😅 I suppose there is worse problems to have, but for the 2 days that I have drove it it’s been great and I can't complain. Fingers crossed it stays like that when I drive it daily. The customer service was amazing and they are genuine.
