I think five stars would be more than appropriate for Prestige Cars Berkshire! Buying the car with them was so easy, on my side of things it was literally just the matter of finding the car they took care of absolutely everything else! The customer service was amazing from start to finish. I am chuffed to bits with my Golf.

My Mazda is simply perfect! It is just what I was hoping for and I haven't had a single issue with it since the purchase. Buying the car was very straightforward too and I was able to have it delivered to my home address which was very convenient. I would happily use Prestige Cars Berkshire again.

Bought an ML350 from these guys. Apparently their checks didn't detect any issues but we noticed that the handbrake was very tight and could barely be pushed down and various other issues. They then fixed these. The owner was on site - very rude and deceptive chap. Took car for service - they noticed that the brakes were completely worn down and handbrake cable had been loosened completely so no effective handbrake. Should have run when we saw people bringing their cars back for repairs. Avoid like hell. Not sure how they have an average rating of 4.3/5
Bought a 3 years old car but when arrive to collect , it has a cracked windscreen, luckily my son had spotted it and they kept the car for an other 3 days to fix it Further more after 3 weeks I have noticed my charging cable is not working but when I reported to them I had been told that I should checked it Now 2 months on the line I am still passed from owner to his son to their manager but no one come with an action to replace my cable Do not use them for any reason even if they are recommended by AA who in turn do not want to know about my problem

Faceless company, using Ltd with Chesham address of dormant Co. You've actually no idea who you're buying from. Sales orchestrated remotely by constant messages to salesman over the phone by proprietor. Verbal agreements blatantly broken The worst kind of second hand car sales you could write the book on. If the car checks out then OK but zero come back from the second you hand over money. Operating from random lot in the middle of Slough.

Bought a car from pretige cars slough but heard a noise sounding like a flat tyre. Turns out the rear passenger wheel was loose and absolutely no thread on the bolts. Ford said that it would eventually fall of which could have resulted in fatalities to the occupants of the car. How on earth would you let a car leave your forecourt in this stare and how did it even pass its MOT! Lucky have a family member who works fir Ford and dealt with it! Not happy at all.

Without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. My daughters car failed after 42 days, we went through the warranty and paid £445 towards repairs, our garage then found a corroded crack inside the engine and suggested we went back to the dealer. After so many false promises to fix the car under the consumer rights act this dealer then changed their mind and refused to fix it. Would not give us a full refund and deducted £700 for mileage use and threatened to increase that charge if we did not accept their offer. They involved a law company, which was quite unnecessary, the law company were obviously not given the facts, denying they or the dealer knew the car had been repaired under the warranty at our expense, when I forwarded the invoice they just reiterated that they would increase the mileage claim. Strange that the dealer had no knowledge of the warranty repairs or the garage involvement considering they collected the car from the garage and also asked for all the old engine parts to be boxed up. I will be taking this further. I'm sure the dealer will put a different spin on this, but do yourselves a favour and find a credible dealer with half decent customer service
