I found the advert on Auto trader, it was in our price range and had really low mileage so we organised to go down and see it. I was more than happy with the whole overall experience! The sales guys were really helpful with a few things we had to ask them, very knowledgeable and left us without any doubt that this was the car for us.

I saw a Ford KA on Autotrader, I was looking for something small, small engine and cheap to run, this car suited my criteria. I contacted the dealer and went to see it. It was exactly as described, it was a lovely car. I decided to buy the car and left deposit, the dealer kept me informed of every step of the process, they were helpful and very friendly. I was in desperate need of a new car and my Brother offered to help me find one. He found a Nissan X-Trail online, when he sent it to me I loved it! He kindly did the liaising and visited the dealer to view and collect the car. He said the staff were helpful and friendly with him and got the car ready for when we agreed. I'm really enjoying the car, its good to run and driving very well. It smelt lovely inside when I first got in, it was clean and tidy too. Very happy with the car and dealership.

I had been looking around for some time online, and I found the dealer on Autotrader, this was the best deal I had seen, so very pleased with the car.

I was really impressed with Prestige Cars Berkshire, I bought a lovely Volkswagen Polo and when I collected it, there was a minor issue with one of the tyres, I contacted the dealer and they offered to put this right, I live over an hour away so it wasn't worth the travel, however they offered and that was enough. When I was buying the Polo, the staff were really helpful, friendly and polite. I would happily buy from this dealer again. The car is great, I'm really enjoying driving it.
