I had already decided from the advert online on Auto trader, that this was the car for me, so when I got down there to find it was just as good in person. I didn't have a need to look at the other cars, as I was more than happy with the one I came to see, so this was a very quick and smooth process. The car is lovely to drive and I am very happy with it.

I drove for 2 hours to get this car and it was really worth the trip. Car was in really good condition when I got there as described really clean. I saw a Ford KA on Autotrader, I was looking for something small, small engine and cheap to run, this car suited my criteria. I contacted the dealer and went to see it. It was exactly as described, it was a lovely car. I decided to buy the car and left deposit, the dealer kept me informed of every step of the process, they were helpful and very friendly. I was in desperate need of a new car and my Brother offered to help me find one. He found a Nissan X-Trail online, when he sent it to me I loved it! He kindly did the liaising and visited the dealer to view and collect the car. He said the staff were helpful and friendly with him and got the car ready for when we agreed. I was really impressed with Prestige Cars Berkshire, I bought a lovely Volkswagen Polo and when I collected it, there was a minor issue with one of the tyres, I contacted the dealer and they offered to put this right, I live over an hour away so it wasn't worth the travel, however they offered and that was enough. When I was buying the Polo, the staff were really helpful, friendly and polite. I would happily buy from this dealer again. The car is great, I'm really enjoying driving it.

When I purchased my Mercedes-Benz 5350 the dealer really looked after me. They were helpful and friendly.
