After traveling 12 hours and 450 miles by train to buy a porsche boxster I arrived at a place where cars come to die.car had been keyed,filthy covered in pigeon poo and in a sorry state.I wouldn't buy a dust cap from here..read the reviews..two wasted and expensive days for nothing..buyer beware.

Had a terrible experience, the car was dirty when I came to collect and had zero fuel despite saying in ad that they would put a full tank. Serious problems like brake discs (how did it get fresh mot) and radiator is caved in and hardly working needing expensive repairs Prestige Cars Berkshire were unhelpful and uninterested, they say I am not covered by consumer law because I am a business. they don't want to know although all I was asking is £800 contribution to the repairs of over £2000 + I am disgusted by them, they are dishonourable, I paid full price with no discount. hopefully what goes round comes around.

I bought my audi A4 few days ago and I am very happy with the car and service. I booked a test drive first to see if I like the car or not and then I paid a deposit because I was still waiting for the money to come on my account. That wasn't problem at all for them! The communication was great and they responded very quickly. The actual day when I came to pick up the car, everything went smoothly and it didn't take long and I was leaving in my new car! Next day I took the car to a service for a full check up to make sure everything is ok and there were no hidden faults and actually they said it's a very good car. I was very pleased! Only one negative thing I would say is, that the car wasn't as clean as expected, but other than that I am very happy! Thanks!

Good service overall but my car was dirty and they didn't have anyone to clean it on the day that I wanted to drive it away but having said that I would definitely use them again.

Arranged an appointment to view the car, when I arrived it hadn't even been cleaned, the condition wasn't as described and it was leaking oil.

Bought A5 3 weeks ago, took the car to Audi garage the next day and asked them to do health check. Took the report to Sam, all urgent work fixed straight away and advisor stuff I paid Audi to fix. Over all I would say I had a good customer care from them. And I would recommend if you have any issue to contact Sam straight away.
