Overpriced car, it wasn't reliable,don't buy from here or you will regret it like I have.

Purchased a vehicle from this garage in good faith. When we got it home (we travelled 200 miles on a round trip to get it) we noticed a noise. Local garage advised gear box issues. We informed prestige motors who took the car in said they would get the gear box inspected and let us know what was wrong. Drove the car all the way back to them at our expense. 24hours later they advised they'd fixed it by putting an additive in the gear box oil.... erm that's not really fixing it and told me if it happened agsin to claim through my warranty in 2 weeks! I said no and asked for them to do as we had agreed and get a proper inspection of the gearbox and to fix it properly. They refused so I asked for my money back and said I wouldn't be collecting the car as it was not fit for purpose. They also miss sold the vehicle with full service history, which it does not... I have copies of their advert and the service book to prove this is the case. They refused to refund my money and we're extremely rude and told me to get much lawyer involved.... which I did. It has taken over 18 months of my solicitor hassling them, Me having to pay for another car on top of not getting my money back, as we needed a car for my other half to get to work in and we finally got our money back. Please avoid this garage like the plague. All of their cars are in bad condition or have stuff wrong with them. We only got this as a cheap run around to work and it was the biggest mistake we ever made. From reading reviews were not the only people they have done this too. I also wouldn't trust the good reviews on here, probably paid their mates to write them, can't see how they would ever get a good review. Oh and they also tried to charge us for "storage" of our vehicle while the legal process was going on. We have this in a letter from they're solicitor... well let's just say, having seen it in the background of a picture of a car they had for sale on their website I did I bit of Google street view searching on their companies house address and let's just say they must be invoicing themselves as it was on the drive way of their home address.....very honest people aren't they!

Was looked after by Sam and his team. I liked the car but was initially put off by serious scratch to the rear bodywork and broken rear wiper. They agreed immediately with little discussion to have this rectified before I take delivery. As to convenience of part-exchange, Sam advised me that selling my car privately would give a better return but he was willing to match the "we buy any cars" type web site quotes, and that I could think about it when I collected. In event, my car was ready within two days and his part exchange offer I accepted. Nice car, good price, all misgivings looked after :)
