I dealt with the son who was patient and got everything done, got a BMW which had about a months ago which had a bad bunny boiler key mark on the bonnet which they dod rectify nicely If I had to dig for a negative, a full valet was also included when i brought it back to sort the bonnet which was missed.This was a very minor oversight which I sorted out on the way. Car is still working fine and don't see why I would not recommend them!

Brought a my Nissan Micra from them few weeks ago now for a really good price. Service was very good and left happy. The only down fall was it was advertised 5 days free insurance was included. When I called up and asked about it the next day. I was told I should have asked for it. If it's in the ad I shouldn't have to. He was going to call back to do it over the phone but couldn't be asked in the end.
Happy with my buy. Good car as described would recommend to family and friends only bad experience i had was having to top my oil up but all good so far.
I would recommend Prestige as they were very helpful and honest. It's still early days but so far their after sales service has been excellent.
I bought my car 6 weeks ago and advertised at 88242 miles when it was 91142 gearbox and clutch both went within 3 days so I sent it back over 3 weeks later he told me it was fixed, so I started the long drive to pick it up only to get a call saying it had gone again, I got it back after a couple more days and 3 days later the clutch went again, they told me to take it to my local dealership and they will pay to get it sorted, when they booked it in they did a health check on the car and that showed a lot of problems with the car from missing wheel nuts to blowing exhaust fumes into the car. As a result of taking 3000 miles of the receipt they are saying it's wear and tear and I don't have a leg to stand on My advice stay the HELL AWAY FROM PRESTIGE CARS BERKSHIRE

very happy with what I have purchased it is an excellent vehicle apart from the smell and dirt in the car could have done good veleting. After care service is great they are very helpful and quick with resolving any issue with vehicle.
