Found my first car with Prestige Cars Berkshire Ltd and I absolutely love it. It is so handy and a great car all round! The sales team were really nice and helpful and even repaired some cracks on the wingmirror for me. Annoyingly I hadn't passed my test so my Dad had to test drive it for me but I couldn't wait to get behind the wheel as soon as I passed! I'm driving it to work everyday now and had no issues at all and feel really comfortable in it ❤️

I've always wanted the Audi S line and found my A1 online. Prestige Cars Berkshire Ltd were the cheapest around for what I wanted so I went down to have a look at it. Yaz and Sam were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and I can't fault them. I had a few issues with the documents but when I let the guys at Prestige know they were quick to get this sorted and were really helpful and I didn't feel like they were fobbing me off or trying to sweep the issues under the rug like a lot of dealers do. I had never used Prestige before but I am so glad I got my Audi A1 from them, they've been amazing!

Found my new Ford Fiesta through a car finance broker and they recommended Prestige Cars Berkshire Ltd. They had a great price for my run around car and so far it has been great with no issues at all and I use it everyday for work! I dealt with the main guy at the dealership and the service was all fine. There were a few issues with the car so I couldn't take it away the same day but they got this sorted for me within just a couple of days which was fantastic. I would definitely use them again, 5* service all round!

When looking for my new car I found one online which had a nice and affordable finance option. Unfortunately when I got to Prestige Cars Berkshire Ltd this was no longer available but the sales team helped me find my Ford Focus instead. They were super helpful and I had no issues when dealing with them on the day. I had a few issues with the engine light but this has all been resolved now and Prestige Cars reimbursed me for any costs with this which was fantastic!

Do not buy from here! I purchased a car from here in January and they advised they would undertake all outstanding work and give a new service and to pick up the following week. Within a week of having the vehicle a number of faults had started to develop. They offered to fix the faults and would have the car for no longer than a week. Despite numerous chases, it was only through the threat of action that I was able to reobtain the car. Since then several other faults have developed. I've repeatedly asked for proof of what fixes were done to the car along with proof of service that I've still not been able to obtain. The car has since been taken to an independent garage who confirmed that are numerous faults that aren't down to wear and tear of the vehicle since I acquired it. They've also advised the no recent servicing on the vehicle has been carried out. Save your money and the hassle and simply avoid these.

It was nice to visit a dealership were everything was made easy for me. I have been in some stressful situations before when buying a vehicle but they made things such a breeze. I knew what car I wanted anyway so I think this made it a little easier for me and the salesperson that sold me the car but I still cannot take anything away for the service I received it was simply brilliant. There was always someone available if I had any questions, and they were able to respond to them quickly and confidently.
