Went in for what I wanted and wasnt hurried or pushed around. The staff where also friendly and helpful.

The thing that stood out to me as a customer was how the dealer gave me the time to look around, they didn't try and force a sales pitch upon me, not pushy at all. I feel I made my own decision in my own time. I would recommend them for the great customer service. They are really nice people who are helpful and friendly. I dealt with Yasser who was very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. However my conditions agreed with him was watered down by higher management. Eventually I bought the car as it was exactly what I wanted however I would have been happier if the few niggles in the car was rectified before I took delivery. I did have those fixed at the local garage a week later.

Any questions I had, was answered, the dealer was informative and helpful. Tbey provided good customer service. I bought a ford fiesta, its perfect, running well and I'm really happy with it. I would use again.
