The guys at Prestige Cars were spot on, they were helpful and friendly, I can't fault them. I've had a slight issue with the car, but I'm contacting them to get this sorted, the car is brilliant aside this, really happy with it.

Really happy with the Fiat 500 I bought, no issues at all. The staff at Prestige Cars were polite and friendly when I was buying the car and really helpful. I'd use them again in the future.

I bought an Evoque from Prestige Cars Berkshire, they was so helpful and accommodating with me. I payed some cash to them, I didn't realise I had over paid, they contacted me to tell me I'd paid too much and returned the cash to me - I thought this really was honest and genuine of them. I haven't had any issues with the car since buying it, and I'm extremely happy with it. I will use them again and would happily recommend to others.

I went to look at the Ford Fiesta in the morning, and I drove away the same day with it. The process was quick and easy, just what I wanted. The staff are really nice people, and willing to help with anything. I felt welcomed by the salesman and he was really friendly, but still kept a professional approach. I've been telling friends and family about Prestige Cars since purchasing and would always recommend going down to see them if your in the market for a new car.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. No questions to silly to ask. I called up a lot before viewing and never felt like I was being a pain! Called back straight away if they missed my call. Happy to answer any questions. Didn’t feel pressured when we viewed either. Answered our questions then left us to discuss. Hoping not to need a new car again for a long time but I’d be going back to them if and when I do. Very professional throughout. Very clean and tidy car as described. In fact the photos and descriptions didn’t do the car justice as it’s stunning. One extremely happy customer Highly recommended
Had the WORST experience and ended up suffering a substantial financial loss because of them. I’ll get straight to the point and not beat around the bush here; Prestige sold us a car that was in a really bad accident to the front of the car and they did not disclose this information to us. The damage to the insides of the front of the car was hidden by a new bumper that was literally “held together by 2 screws” (the description we got when we took the car to be serviced elsewhere). On the outside the car looked to be in good condition but on the inside, once removing the bumper the car was severely bashed up with broken pieces of metal and glass still there. We contacted Prestige about the state of the car only for them to blame the damages on us even though this was the condition it was sold to us in. We now have a car that would cost more to repair than we paid to buy it and it is also a hazard to drive for both us and other people on the road in its condition. This car failed the MOT right off the bat before we were informed of its condition. If you want the full account of the story here it is: Bought a car from Prestige thinking we had gotten a good deal, the car on the outside seemed to be in good shape, mileage was low and as far as I can see looked like it was in tip top shape. Was even told they'd wash and vacuum the car but only to receive a dusty car both internally and externally with rice on the dash board and even glove compartment. Bought the car and even paid for a 3-month warranty on the vehicle. First problems came up 1. Indicator lights would not work and 2. the windshield water reservoir had a leak. Tried contacting the salesman who we made the purchase with to meet with read messages and no responses to phone calls. We kept trying for days with no luck even though he was our main contact. Eventually found another number for Prestige online and spoke to (who we assumed to be) the owner about the issues. He told us come in which we did and he kept the car for the weekend to check on it. The only good thing they did for us was repair the reservoir (which I now question the quality of now that I know how they operate their business). Prestige also instructed us that the "wiring loom" needed replacing so they would have to order the part and we would have to pay for the part and make another trip to them. Even though we had the warranty and going to their location was very out of the way, we tried multiple times to arrange the wiring loom only to speak to the owner giving us the run around and saying he can’t find the part. We eventually got frustrated even though we had the warranty and went to the firm to try to get the wiring loom. Upon conducting the diagnostic, the firm told us the car had gotten in a really bad accident, something Prestige intentionally neglected to tell us. Now we have a car on our hands with a multitude of internal problems that we now have to sort out. The front half of the car was apparently terribly smashed up and Prestige just slapped a new front bumper on with literally only "2 screws holding it on place" (what was told to us after the diagnostic). I'll list all the things we now have to repair: 1. Wiring loom needed for indicator lights 2. Fog lights (including housing) missing 3. Car mats missing 4. Tow eye hook cover missing (from front bumper) 5. Rear tyre alert on dashboard information system claims needs checking even though we've checked it and put more air into it. 6. Parking assist alert on dashboard meaning we now also have to find this part and install it ourselves. 7. Internal body work needs to be done to the front of the car. 8. Change the wheel rim which was welded and torched together to be held together. The cherry on the top was that we informed Prestige about the state of the car and requested a refund as we were not informed about the internal damages. Prestige then turns around and lies by claiming the car was in perfect condition when sold to us and we were to take up any repairs with our insurance. Meaning that they're blaming us for the damages even though this is the state we got the car in; even greater underhanded and corrupt behaviour. Yes everyone, we unknowingly bought a severely damaged car from them and they then went on the deny the damages and worse yet blame us for it. They knew about the damages as they had their own mechanic on hand and also “fixed” the windshield wiper reservoir as previously stated. I'm speaking from my experience where we thought we were getting a reasonable deal but their underhanded nature of hiding such great damage to the car already spoke to their lack of integrity as a business. Secondly the warranty was a waste of both time and money as it was always difficult to reach them, arrange to bring in the car in and especially source the part needed. It was a complete nightmare doing business with them, conduct business with them at your own peril.

I say drive away and you could die. The car Prestige Cars Berkshire sold me had the fuel injectors fixed with a cable tie and a jubilee clip so when I filled the engine and drove down the motorway the whole engine and underneath of the car was flooded with fuel.my only saving grace was it was diesel had it been petrol I dread to think what would have happened.I tried to contact them and their response is simply to ignore me. My advice and my mechanics advice is DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE IT COULD BE DANGEROUS.

Buying the car was made easy and at first thought they were great! But then we had some problems with the car and it's taken 2 weeks so far for them to sort the problem and is still on going. Trying to get hold of them is proving to be harder than it should, they don't help you with a courtesy car even though your car is needed for daily use. So overall a horrible experience and would not recommend Prestige Cars Berkshire to anyone.
Do not go Prestige Cars Berkshire, the place is a scrap yard literally nothing prestige’s about these cars, avoid at all cost the other reviews are fake.
