Car we found at Prestige Cars Berkshire was very reasonably priced compared to other similar ones in the market (we knew the exact car and model we were looking for). I said I wanted £1000 for my part exchange. He said he'd give me £800. When I said I would walk away he upped it to £1000. He then tried to push an £800 warranty onto the price which he told us was compulsory. After I told him no thanks the deal was off suddenly the warranty was not compulsory and he removed it. Car was absolutely disgusting. Hadn't been washed for weeks and inside stunk of smoke. First thing I did on the way home was stop off at a car valeting place and the car looks lovely again now. Finally they had no log book and failed to mention that I would be charged £25 for that when I taxed it! Overall I would say to sum up they are very dishonest and try to push extras onto you that you don't want. Condition of the car was laughable - I could never sell a car in that state. The key is to tell them you'll find another car somewhere else and they'll back down and offer you what you want just to get the deal done.

Car was ok and fair price for trade in. They pushed an expensive warranty on me though which I tried to cancel a few days afterwards. They then refused to cancel it despite me being in the cancellation period and they then ignored emails for their terms and conditions. Also they didn't send documents back to DVLA for my traded car so was still registered in my name months later.... luckily I didn't get any tickets etc (yet), though no tax refund which I should have got. So Prestige Cars Berkshire are ok for buying car but once they have your money they are useless and rude and ignore you. If it was closer I would go down and speak to them face to face. Bad service and I would never use again or recommend.

The salesman took personal interest in helping me decide a car for my daughter. It was in pristine condition, drives like a dream and was well within the budget I described. Highly recommended would use again.

Car was as described and to standard. Salesman at Prestige Cars Berkshire was honest and transparent about the car and it's history. Overall a good experience. Also value for money as - got us a very good deal! Highly recommended!

1- Car mechanically and cosmetically NOT AS ADVERTISED 2- Dealer uses 3rd party services to pass on the liability to buyer to avoid any come backs on rather sub standard cars. 3- Upon reporting the problem to this dealer they recommend trickeries to make a CLAIM ON WARRANTY. 4- If one decides not to go down their DISHONEST route of claims - they get reports from their linked 3rd parties to prove that the car was 100% when sold - 5- DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY as they have means to prove them selves right by showing you paperwork ( that well may have been forged ) - LOOK ELSE WHERE IS MY ADVICE TO ALL BUYERS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND TROUBLE – REMEMBER * IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE – IT PROBABLY IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE *

Ad very misleading. Actual car on offer was far from "excellent" both interior and outside. Over the phone seller mentioned an insignificant scratch on a rear bumper, which turned out to be a serious damage (a hit to the back) with scratches on every single panel around the car, chipped lacquer, inside smelly and dirty with cut on a leather seat and indescribable brown substance smeared on seats, opened drink in a drink holder at the back, suggesting car being used on regular basis for private purpose. Arrangements were made 5 hours prior to see the car but the state we've seen it, was disgusting. Owner didn't have the decency to describe the real state of this badly kept car before we set off on a 3 hour journey to see it. No attempts to arrange a fair deal on this well overpriced vehicle for providing a misinformation and making us travel that long were even considered-rather treated as an offence! NOT RECOMMENDED!
