To start with the garage was very helpful they even brought the car to my home address as I live in Leicester. All was good until the engine management light came on, I was at first told by the garage to get the fault checked then have it fixed and they would pay for it. As the fault was intermittent it was hard to get it checked so I called the appointment with the garage I had booked it in with, and the whole time I kept prestige cars I formed. The fault came on again and we called Richard on at prestige cars again on Friday to be told I would need to go through the warranty, so I called the warranty and they advised me to take it to a garage and get the fault Checked, which I did Tuesday and the garage told me what the fault was and how much it would cost, they even tried to call the warranty place for me but the phone was put down, so I called prestige cars to ask them to help as the warranty wouldn't pay until the garage I took it to called them and then they had to check if it was covered under the warranty, so after explaining all this to Richard he said he would speak to his manger and all me back, well this was yesterday and I'm still waiting for that all, and I'm also 225.00 pound down, my husband is possibly look at being made redundant so paying that out hasn't helped, also the garage that fixed my car told me another sensor isn't working, but I have said I will have to leave it until Christmas now. So I would avoid this garage because they start off nice and then they just fob you off, but I will be taking this further

Stay away from this dealership! A gentleman called Rich lied to me about this car worth 15k!! that I bought from him. I didn't know the car was faulty because it's something to do with the engine. I try to contact him a few times and he never answers! but when he wanted his money for the car... he's been harassing me for weeks. He really doesn't care about people! you have been warned.....

Contacted dealer with a question and they e-mailed me back the same day. Incredible communication from the time I showed interest in the vehicle to the moment I drove away in it. Exceptional service from the salesman and owner who are genuinely welcoming, warm, knowledgeable and sincere. The next time I buy a car I can guarantee that Prestige Cars in Cardiff will be the first point of call before I even think of checking elsewhere.
