I’ve had my car for less than 6 months, and it started having serious issues within the first two. I reported the problem over three months ago, and since then, I’ve been ignored time and time again.
They know full well that I have a young son and ongoing health issues. I’ve explained how much this is affecting me — I’ve had to rely on taxis just to get to hospital appointments because the car is so unreliable. Despite this, they’ve shown zero care or responsibility.
I’ve tried to be patient and polite, but I’ve been met with silence. No help, no solutions, no contact. Just completely left in the dark after spending my hard-earned money on a car that shouldn’t have been sold in this condition.
If you’re thinking of buying from here — don’t. If something goes wrong, you’ll be completely on your own.

Complete Scumbags! AVOID this dealership!! They fraudulently tried to sell my car on there website and Autotrader without any permission! I had my car advertised on Autotrader privately and they stole my pictures and advertised it on there account and website for £5k more! They DONT own any of there stock they are all customers cars which they don’t physically have yet they sit there telling there customers all sorts of shit and taking deposits off them! What a bunch of S*** C****. I had Autotrader get involved and get there fraudulent advertising removed. Be aware of this dealership!!!

Prestige are the worst company I’ve ever come across. It was a few years ago now and I just realised I never reviewed due to fear of them not doing the work they promised but they never did it anyway. Sarah was the rudest lady I have ever come across, called me a stupid lady, lied, refused to talk to me. The manager Tom was rude, never rung back and the car they sold us wasn’t fit for driving. Absolute money grabbers. Avoid! They deserve 0 stars
