I purchased a Mercedes C class 250 Premium plus Upon purchasing of this said vehicle in Feb 2021 i was met with a few issues on the same day. To summarise; 1) 360 Camera was not working completely as the right wingmirror camera was not responding 2) my boot opening / closing mechanism was not working 3) The front bumper was not aligned - showing signs of a possible previous collision 4) High level of condensation in the front right headlight. 5) The undertrays beneath the car were all torn / ripped apart and scraping across the floor. 6) the soft close function on the drivers side window was not working & the window as making a scraping noise when shutting. 7) The drivers side seatbelt would not retract once the seat belt was undone. 8) Advertised with two keys - Only came with one .. i still haven't received the second key All of the above suggested that the car was involved in a collision but me being naive and having just purchased a new car i thought i would make use of the 'warranty' that is provided. In March 2021, i contacted Lauren & the team providing details of all of the above mentioned problems i had found with the car after taking delivery of it. I arranged with the team to have it brought in and repaired. The date was agreed and i was due to deliver it to them. Delivery date : On the agreed date, i drove the car to the specified garage (3 hours from me) - please note this garage was owned by a small town mechanic who barely even knew what day it was - in which the repairs on my car were due to be completed. I had previously spoken to Lauren and ensured that she was familiar with the exact problems i was facing. I asked Lauren to communicate the issues to the garage so that the mechanic would be prepared & would have ordered all the items necessary to complete said repairs. To my surprise, on delivery of my vehicle , the garage had no idea that my car was due to be delivered that morning and I was told all the parts were delayed and it was likely that there was nothing that could be done. The car stayed at that garage the whole day and i collected it in the afternoon with absolutely nothing having been done to it. Frustrated, i then spoke to the Prestige team and was told to leave it at another Garage a bit further down the road, near a runway. I then left the car at this garage for a further two days - again nothing was done. Realising that there was no hope in getting anything sorted from these guys in terms of repair & in terms of their warranty promises, I took matters into my own hands and began fixing these issues myself. To date i have spent over £6000 on repairs on this vehicle. - Repairing CV Joints, the Wishbone & Turbo Pipe - Buying new alloys as one of the alloys on the car sold to me was Bent - Replacing the Radio Module at Mercedes - Fixing the boot myself - Buying myself another key in-case i lost the other - Purchasing & fitting undertrays - Fuel & Brake Pipes were absolutely mangled - Replaced those & now due to the condensation not being fixed i need to probably replace the drivers side headlight costing around £1000. Whether you want to believe me or not with regards to my experience is up to you - but please be weary of any purchases you make from these guys. The cars are likely to have suffered accidental damage & it is likely your warranty is worth absolutely nothing. Just to be clear , I have had the car looked at by Mercedes , Mercedes approved dealers & other mechanics which have had years experience. All have confirmed that the car has been involved in an accident. This was not communicated to me upon purchasing the vehicle. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS - Not declaring damaged vehicles and selling them on.

RUNN!!! These scumbags business model is to buy salvage cars, do shoddy make fix in their dodgy workshop and sell them on, I am filing claims against them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have my car for 2 weeks, been complaining everyday, trying to chase them up, but they ignoring me. Driver lied to me that car dont have scratches, next day on a day light after car wash i seen that all car been scratched! Asked them are they can polished they said yes we can. But it took me 1 week to get that answer. But now is 2nd week and they literally disappeared, i called them left voice messages. Even messaged to Mike in whatsapp. But he is ignoring me. Dont buy a car from them. Bcs they are liars.

I am appalled at the service I received from Brad and Cath at Prestige Cars and also the Director Thomas. I bought a Mercedes A Class from them, put down a deposit on the car, they did not let me come in for an appointment, it was all on Whatsapp. When I picked up the car, it had a womens possessions left in the glove compartment, it also had the previous owners information (personal information) logged into the system. I could not do anything. I was told the car had a great spec, I could not access Apple Car Play as the previous owner was logged in, they promised me to book me in a garage, messed me around for three whole weeks, speaking to me like I was a piece of dirt, and being told that the Director is "fuming at me". What a way to speak to a customer!! I have never complained about anything in my life but I feel obligated to warn others of my awful experience. I got spoken to awfully and looked down on. When Cath the "after sales" lady rang me, she was too busy ordering a Mcdonalds drive thru (whilst on the phone to me) than to actually listen to what I was saying. I eventually made them realise they needed to refund me some money as the car did not have apple car play and it would cost £299 to install. They did this eventually after 20 odd calls to them, and trying to hold me to ransom for the money saying they would do it when my old part exchanged car sold! Shocking. They then told me they had contacted the previous owner to log her out of Mercedes Me, I ended up having to locate her myself, and she was so appalled they had her personal info on there. Furthermore I was told the car had parking sensors, it does not. I am being told Bradley made a mistake on this and there is nothing they can do. In addition to all of this, when I tried to complain Cath the after care lady did not even understand the concept of a complaints policy, and that you formally have to respond. She still has not responded to my complaint. I am in the process of contacting the ombudsman but I do not want someone to go through what I have. Please think twice before getting into anything with these.
Please please please do not buy from these idiots. Brought a car a few months back, the following day everything went wrong. Contacted them to sort out the issues with the drive belt which they asked to bring the car back. Drove 50 miles to have the repair done only for them to turn round and say they couldn’t do it at that time (it was booked). Had to get the AA to deliver it. Waited 3 days without a car, they contacted me to say it was done but charged me £300 as it wasn’t covered under the warranty. I contacted the Warranty company to check only for them to say that this company hasn’t paid the bill so therefore I wasn’t covered!!!!! Needed a car so paid it, got home and the cam belt snapped!! Sold the car in the end as I wasn’t getting anything from these d**k heads and lost £2k PLEASE PEOPLE, DONT BUY FROM THESE MONEY GRABBING….
