Amazing service love my car

Great service up until they took my money, then took 2 weeks to deliver the car - when it was delivered it had a crack in the windscreen and faulty break assist sensors, In which I was told I would be booked in for a replacement windscreen asap- 3 weeks later in still chasing for them to book in and repair my windscreen, no correspondence from anyone until I contact first, even then it takes me multiple times ringing for them to answer the phone to tell me it’s being sorted. awful service do not buy as you will be ripped off!!

Please, looks else where. Bunch of jokers this lot. Cars sold that are unroadworthy, you will never get your money back and they won’t fix your car which WILL GO WRONG!

Bought a BMW 320d. Turned up after a 2 hour drive to find the car had 3k more miles on that advertised, drivers door on the inside was scratched. I got a tiny discount so didn’t think twice about it (silly me) the guy who sold it to me thinks he’s the biggest gangster in the world aswell, 7 months later I’m still chasing the log book, turns out the car had a dodgy mot aswell.. no way it would have passed… and the engine has already destroyed itself… I’ve tried to contact them, as soon as they have your money you mean nothing to them.. Do not buy from this trader - they are fraudulent. Read the negative reviews which I should have before I bought from this trader. Bought an Audi Q3 and the vehicle broke down in just 3 weeks. The company has refused any liability. I have now filed a dispute with my card company for a refund on the purchase. DO NOT USE !

Please don’t use these! We have just brought a 17 plate glc and what a mess from start to finish Brad has told us three times the car was being dropped off so that means three days off at work And then the car we wanted wasn’t available so we swapped Then the date again got changed Just awful They had pics of our old car sent to them and now said we owe them one thousand pound for scratches Absolute fraud We are disgusted They said they won’t pay our Audi finance off until we give them 1 k And then what we pay that Off and there’s something else? Have taken the car and said there are over 18 more miles then we said. Defo wasn’t they’ve changed the clock Check the part exchange car before you take them if you’re running a car company

FRAUD SPENT 30K ON A BMW - THEY SOLD IT TO ME WITH FLAT TYRES, HAD TO SPEND £250 TO REPLACE, THEY PROMISED TO REINSTATE (HAVE CHATS TO PROVE THIS) NOW WHEN CHASING THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME FROM ALL PLATFORMS AND ARE IGNORING BOTH ME AND MY PARTNER. PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MONEY I SPENT WAS VERY HIGH. LOVELY CAR BUT DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL DO YOU OVER AND IGNORE YOU. I contacted Prestige to inquire about a 2017 black Nissan Xtrail Tenka, The advert had "excellent Bodywork" in the description and the salesman also confirmed that the vehicle was as described, as I was travelling from Ireland I told Bradley that I would purchase the Vehicle based on his assurances that there was nothing wrong with it, I transferred a booking deposit and then done a further transfer on the morning I was due to collect the vehicle, after flying from Ireland and getting a Taxi to the garage expecting to collect the Vehicle and be on my way I was horrified to see that the Xtrail had obviously been in a collision at the rear was was very badly repaired, the front drivers wing was also badly repainted, I was also informed that the car had no logbook. Obviously I was very disappointed and stranded in the middle of nowhere with not even an offer to assist me back to the airport, they also left me £350 short on my refund, this is a very unscrupulous company, Beware.
