For a first time customer I think the whole process was brilliant. Paul was nice and relaxed throughout, he managed to answer all my questions and I drove away happy. The car's more of a weekend car but been good for the time being.

4 weeks on with my Porsche and at the moment everything is running okay with the car. Paul was the gentleman who showed me around and showed me the control's.

Alex was the perfect salesman to say the least. He made sure everything from the enquiry to the handover went smoothly and it was nice to know he was always happy to help. I love the car, so can't complain.

Everything has been fine with my Mini Hatch

I finally made the switch from petrol to hybrid. The team were aware of the fact it was my first hybrid and they really took their time to show me everything I needed to know about the car, along with explaining how the hybrid side of things works. The whole time I was there, all I could think about was how nice it is to be in this dealership because it was clean, and everyone was really friendly. When it came to the handover it was no different, everything was ready on time and it was really nice to see the team fill the car full of fuel and charge them before driving away. I wasn't expecting that level of service. Hopefully in 3 or 4 years I'll be back for another car.

As for the Cupra I bought off Prestige Cars. All is good so far, I am very happy with the purchase and also the service received. I would rate my experience 4.5 (I never do a 5* as things can always be improved somehow). 😉

No news is good news. I haven't had to contact the guys since driving away because the car has been running as smoothly as you'd want it to. The first impression was a really good one because the guys made me feel very welcomed. No complaints.

Really happy with my Range Rover Sport, I've not had it for that long but it's been fantastic. I'm local to the dealership, so I know the good reputation this dealership has, and I received great service on the back of this. Everyone was super responsive, and on the day of collection, there weren't any issues or delays. My wife will be looking for a car soon, so we will be looking to see what cars are available here.
