Such a simple process while buying my Mercedes. The team answered all my questions and after a short test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it. The car is more of a weekend car but for the odd trips It's been great.

James has been amazing, when I first enquired about the car I noticed a few stone chips that he assured me would be repaired upon collection, and sure enough when it came to the handover, they were gone. Everything went as smoothly as you'd want it to on the day of collection. I got passed the keys, the final bits of paperwork and I was on my way. I've recently been in touch with Jess and Emma about getting a spare key sent out to me, and they've been very prompt at getting the issue sorted as well as being in constant communication to make sure I got it. 0 complaints from me.

Honestly I can't say a bad word about how anything went with Prestige Cars Kent. Big shout out to Kevin for going above and beyond. Even outside of working hours he was checking up with me to make sure I was still happy with everything and answer any questions that I might have had about the car. Happy with how everything is going with my Q3.

The main reason I picked to get my car from Prestige Cars Kent was because of the valet service they offered when you made the purchase, it's a nice added touch that shows they care about the cars before they go out. Throughout Lewis conducted himself very well, I found him to be very professional and a nice guy to strike a deal with. I have noticed my seat belt doesn't retract back all the way but otherwise the car is in good condition and going well.

This is the second car that I've got from Prestige Cars Kent and just like the first time everything went according to plan. We traded in our Range Rover Evoque for an Audi A5 which has been a big change for us due to having kids but it's been spot on and it's a very clean example of a car.

This was the first Mini Countryman me and my partner have ever purchased, so we had a lot of questions to but Richard managed to answer every question. I also thought he was very clear at managing expectations, so we knew throughout the sale where we stood and the experience went smoothly as a result. A month on and my 4 series has been brilliant. I was very impressed with the condition of the car with it's really low milage and the shell didn't have a mark on it. I've just changed the alloys, and now it looks brand new. When I first arrived at the dealership I was impressed with the premises and the selection of cars available. Thank you to Alex and the young lady for making sure everything went well.

I have been away and only recently got back from holiday, so I've only driven the car a handful of times but for now everything is spot on with it. There was a small issue at the start but once I made Paul aware of the situation he sorted it out right away. I would be happy to recommend others to Prestige Cars Kent.
