Thank you Prestige Cars Kent for sorting out my car! Some idiots stole my catalytic converter and they sorted it straight away, no waiting for parts and was much cheaper than what I saw online. I work for the NHS so it was a great help to be able to drive to work today. Thankful

I wouldn’t buy from here again. You’ve been warned. Very unprofessional, poor communication and not good to their word. I agreed a deal with Helen G, £499 pcm, no deposit in on the car and the finance settled on the part ex. This deal was agreed and I put a refundable holding deposit on the car. On delivery of the car there was a lot of issues getting the refund back, which took a further 10 days of not knowing if I would. They also delayed paying the settlement on the part ex meaning an additional payment left my account and made the settlement balance they paid less, effectively taking money that isn’t theirs. When I’ve complained about this I’ve been ignored. They said they would send the long distance selling information as they took it back from me after the car was delivered however this hasn’t been sent back to me. The sales rep also promised to send my private plates to put on the new car but no surprise this hasn’t been done. I also noticed that for a car priced at £27177, this kept up by about £700 apparently for fuel... and their £192 admin fee. Not sure where they are buying fuel.. but it’s a con. This is a very deceitful was of dealing with car sales, anything to sneak an extra few hundred pounds. Really bad communication between staff members, and Helen G who dealt with the purchase seemed not to know what was going on - so many mistakes were made, lots of back tracking. I wouldn’t have purchased the car on the deal that I’ve ended up with so feel like I’ve been conned by this company and quite frustrated. I have sent information to the motor ombudsman to record a failing in this business service. Avoid at all costs.

I recently purchased a 2012 Mercedes E350 Coupe from Prestige Cars and I have to say that the experience from beginning to end was outstanding. My vehicle was at the lower end of their price range and I felt that I was treated exactly the same as if i was purchasing at their upper price range. I dealt with Plillip who was very professional and such a nice guy. I was greeted by other staff also who were all so nice . In all my years of purchasing cars, this has been my best experience by far. Well done Phillip and Prestige Cars.

Feel utterly taken advantage of. Bought a car over a year ago with all the warranties which surprisingly in reality cover nothing. £6k wasted. Had to get the car serviced only 2 months after they did a full service (under one of the warranties) which highlighted things that should have been done and weren’t. Took over 11 months to book the car in to rectify an incredibly shoddy job THEY did only to tell us it’s been too long, Then the over zealous sales guy kept calling almost daily to try and sell us another car for the first 3 months of having it. The one thing that was covered was a refund on any diagnostic work carried out by an external company that they still haven’t refunded 9 months later. Could not in all faith recommend as reliable or honest. Has been a very expensive and emotionally frustrating mistake. Shame you can’t give 0 stars.

Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
