Brought my car from Prestige Cars Kent and was told I had extras thrown in for free. Turned out I was charged an extra £3000 on top. Paid £500 for a William's paint protection that was not applied. Twice they has the opportunity to apply it and still they tried conning me saying it was done. The cleaner admitted it had a wash!! Then lost faith and asked for a refund and now they have boycotted me completely. If you want a nice car by all means they have great cars but since purchasing my vehicle they damaged the rear light while in for service but said nothing to do with them... offered free fitting of a new light though, wasn't that nice. Have a service pack I paid £1000 for and cant even get a fuel filter change out of them when I told them my car stinks of fuel... worst company I have ever brought a car from. Avoid like the plague if you don't need the headache

I brought my car from PCK a little over a year ago and the service was fantastic! When it came time for a the actual service booking it in around my job was super easy, the team are flexible and great at fitting you in when they can! I arrived to get my service and was greeted by the super friendly Service team and dealt directly with Ellis, she was super helpful and accommodating as I had to wait a short while until my lift arrived to take me home, I would encouraged anyone who needs to get there car serviced here to do so as having a coffee with the team is a great way to pass the time, you’ll find yourself wanting to stay and chat more as the two wonderful ladies are great hosts and Ellis makes a mean cup of coffee!

This is the second car I have purchased from Prestige Cars and I would struggle to find a better salesperson than Nick Williams. We were very specific in our requirements and once we had found the car we wanted, which there were only two available, we were relieved to see one was advertised by Prestige Cars as their knowledge and customer service are second to none. We gave Nick some high requests on the level of detail we wanted before we picked the car up and he completely understood and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the finished product. We felt confident that Nick would deliver our ideal and he always kept us informed and in touch every step of the way. Good customer service is now hard to find but Nick has it overflowing and we are delighted with our new car!

Review by Oswald Case. I took my car for its annual M.O.T and was politely greeted by Yve Jay at service reception,I found her to be very helpful and polite,when asking her questions about the car and upcoming service due no question was too much. Also when I got thier I thought I would have to leave the car thier but I was told I could wait it shouldn't be more than an hour I got free wifi TV and coffee on tap hand made ny yve,how does it come better than that. Car came back one hour later paper work got sorted all done. I have to say prestige Autos have got some amazing vehicles in thier really worth a trip. And again thank you yve for your brilliant customer service.

I purchased the vehicle in April this year and recent booked an appointment for body repair. When I took the car in for the repair, the servicing staff kindly recommend my routine service was due in a few weeks. Upon the recommendation they carried out the service within a few hours and provided a detailed report on the vehicle which gave me peace of mind knowing that Prestige Cars are looking after my custom. The after care service I have received has been excellent and this is reflected in the staff. Very please with everything, would highly recommend Prestige Cars Kent to friends and family.

We took the time out to go and look at several vehicles at Prestige Cars Kent on a Sunday morning. We booked and appointment in accordance with their protocol. Arrived and was not greeted but had to go and find someone to discuss the specific vehicle with. Had to sit and go through sales patter for finance we did not want or require! The most rude man ever!
Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
