Sold service and repair warrenty’s, which 2 weeks later was told by Prestige Cars Kent they do not cover- faulty alarm as it was an aftermarket item fitted to the car by the previous owner. I asked to be shown the car features and was told to check YouTube videos! Charged large sum of money for supplier to vehicle delivery to their yard to later find out they collected the car themselves. Keyless entry does not work, 1 keyfob does not work. Warrenty’s useless. They can’t even be bothered to reply to my letter of complaint and I’m having to escalate the case. Said they carried out full service as well as vehicle handover inspection - obviously not! Knowingly let me drive home illegally as they couldn’t even get the registered owner correct.

I am writing this review so that I can warn any potential buyers of my bad experience dealing with Prestige Motors. I expressed an interest in a Porsche Cayenne and then received calls inviting me to come in to have a look. I made an appointment for Sunday 10th February at 11 o'clock. We spent 4 hours going over paperwork, discussing how much my car is worth and going for a test drive. At no time was I informed that the Porsche did not belong to Prestige Motors and that they were acting as an agent for the owner. Eventually I agreed to purchase the vehicle and paid a deposit of £1000 which I thought was a binding contract. It was agreed I would collect the Porsche on Saturday 16th February at 9 o'clock. I received a call on Tuesday 12th enquiring was everything ok my end. You can imagine how angry I am that I received a call Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock saying the owner had changed his mind and didn't want to sell his car. I was informed my deposit would be refunded on the following Friday. Unsurprisingly I had to chase them for this and it did not appear in my bank account until yesterday 26th. If their way of doing business had been made transparent to me I wouldn't have entertained even looking at the Porsche so be warned!!!!

Couple years ago I bought a black CLS from prestige. The car itself was fine but it needed new breaks and was due a service. I was informed that by the AA inspection I paid for. The dealership informed me that they indeed had serviced my car and that the paper work was in with the rest. My fault for believing him. When I checked my paper work when I got home I couldn't find the service paperwork. I called up and tried to contact the dealership. All I got was they will call me back. For weeks and weeks I called to speak to someone and no one would speak to me. In short once they have your they they don't care. I would never dream about going back to this garage again. Save yourself the headache and grief. Do not trust Prestige Cars Kent.
