Fraser was brilliant, I'm happy I dealt with him from the beginning. He made the whole process seem simple, and he even dealt with the finance guys for me as I was heavily pregnant at the time and wanted to avoid as much stress as possible. I will go back to buy my next car from Prestige Cars Kent, just based on the customer service I got from him alone.

I’m loving the BMW X3, it's such a smooth drive. I had a great experience with Alex and the team at Prestige Cars Kent. I viewed a few cars while I was there, and he made sure I got the vehicle that I wanted the most. He handled the finance company for me and made sure I needed to do as little as possible so I was as comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process as possible.

I couldn’t fault Richard, who helped me view a few options. He ran through both the pros and cons of every car we saw, and he let me make a decision that suited me and my budget. My BMW I4 has been brilliant so far. I'm a private taxi driver, and my regular customers are loving my new car. We had agreed to part with two of my old taxis for this one, which worked out fantastically for us both. Lewis was brilliant to work with and made the whole process seem easy and made it as less complicated as it needed to be. The atmosphere was quality while I was in store, as the lads were happy to banter with me. I felt very welcome, and I will be back when I come to buy my next taxi.

So far, my experience has been great, and dealing with Lewis was fantastic. Lucky for me, I know him through his cousin, so I knew I could trust exactly what I was buying from Prestige Cars Kent. I test drove the Volkswagen Golf, and Lew explained that there isn't that much of a MOT left on it, so he offered to service the vehicle and put a fresh 12 months on it for me. It took them a few hours, but it was worth the waiting knowing I didn't need to book it again until next year.

I’m getting used to the whistles and bells of my new Mercedes-Benz GLA Class, and I couldn’t be happier! I bought it directly from Prestige Cars Kent, and Richard made the experience enjoyable with his great sense of humour. Recently visited Prestige Cars Kent and had a great experience with James. He was very knowledgeable and made the process easy peasy! The test drive went well we got back to the dealership we agreed that I would take the care and the team advised me it would like like new on the agreed date of collection. The condition of the car was exactly how they promised it would be when I collected it.

I'm so lucky to live less than 5 minutes away from a dealership like Prestige Cars. Kent, I looked at a few other dealers in the local area, but I chose them for their prestigious branding. They also had a Mercedes-Benz A Class that fitted in to my budget perfectly.  Alex was a good man, easy to deal with throughout the whole sale and he got the deal processed in no time. The handover was also faultless. Impressive service all round.

After having experienced the drive of a Toyota RAV4 previously, I was keen to get one myself. After searching online for the Toyota, I managed to find it at Prestige Cars Kent, and I was impressed by the high spec of the car. James was great to get along with which made the test drive go even smoother because I felt more comfortable driving. We got back to the dealership and we negotiated the price with James. We came to an agreement that we were both happy and for the higher specifications I got a great deal, as that's what my husband was looking for.
