The Mini Countryman I bought was to replace the Volvo I had. My wife needed an SUV-type vehicle, but one that isn’t too big—that’s why she chose the Mini. Richard from Prestige Cars Kent was great, and I’m really pleased. It was a nice, easy transaction!

This wasn't my first time visiting Prestige Cars Kent but I thought the car at the time wasn't for me but I walked away from no questions asked from the team. So after a couple of months I had another look on Autotrader, which is when I came across the Audi Q5 they had advertised. I had no issues going back to the dealership to view the car because of the great experience I had the first time around. James was clear and to the point while I was making my enquiry and the car was very well priced. A short test drive I was happy to go ahead with the car. Since driving away I can understand why they have such a good reputation.

Happy with the service so far. I've encountered a few minor issues since purchasing, but I appreciate that I've bought a used vehicle and having the extended warranty gives me peace of mind. There were a couple of cars that I was interested in, and Josh was incredibly helpful in directing me to the one which best suited my needs.
