For someone with a low budget don't touch Prestige Cars Kent..cars they have are trade in's. You will not be looked after as well as a customer unless your paying 20k+. They agreed to give me my full deposit back and just make the payments because my circumstances changed.they agreed to replace the clutch and flywheel which I reported during test drive..after collecting vehicle and a SECOND signing of finance agreement which I actually did this time!! (first 1 they signed on my behalf and never bothered to tell me what first payment was/rate etc even tho they knew my situation.) ..this is failure to follow FCA law..(same as being missold ppi). I was told I would still get the deposit back..I collect car..a few hrs later...noise from gearbox...rang and ..yes they confirmed flywheel wasn't replaced because they said it didn't have to be..NOTE: I bought the driver plus warranty with a free service...by the way..that means an oil and filter only!! You want a full free service buy the 5k warranty lol. More or less they wanted flywheel to go after (warranty???). I complained..and they now said they would replace it..great..now..it's been a few days..where's my deposit back? 2 weeks later and after several calls with a manager called Kelly Davenport I got half back..when I called he said that's all your getting..it's in writing..even tho it's not and all my calls are recorded. Around same time I saw my vehicle in a different light...nearside front and rear doors are a different colour to rest of car..on closer inspection..I found overspray from previous repair work that wasn't reported to me in buying vehicle. Car was only 5k and did take 4 weeks for me to collect but they screwed me and sales men lies on instruction for manager..(again on recorded calls lol) if your a JLR assist guy that used to work with me for a certain company spread the word plz. These guys are cow boys and only the people with no money worries can deal with these guys. P.s 2nd finance agreement was totally different..I actually had to digitally sign the e-agreement lol beware people. And have an independent vehicle check carried out..my vehicle is worth a lot less due to pre repaired damage not declared to me. Avoid if your not minted!! YOU SHOULD DO AN INDEPENDENT CHECK ON THERE CARS..WILL COST A BIT BUT COULD SAVE YOU A FORTUNE. There attitude is. Its second hand and it's in a satisfactory condition..(in there eyes). They sell alot of nearly new cars hence the great reviews..they also sell cars like the 1 I got,an 09 vw passat. They claim to treat every1 the same regardless.... You have been warned.
First I was happy with Prestige Cars Kent but i got the problem with the booth and also with my soft top roof which would not come down so I called the Prestige and they said bring it over which i couldn't as it was slightly raining so they promised that someone will be there to sort the problem but nothing happened that evening so I contacted in the morning,again whole day passed by and again nothing happened so i called a known mechanic who managed to sort the problem and charged me £150 which i told to prestige cars and asked them to resolve the problem when i bring in for service but they did the service and asked me to take it again as it had to be dealt with the Bentley dealer which I have on monday and today is good friday and I was told that it will be ready by this Saturday 15/4/2017. I did get the courtesy car from them with hardly any petrol in it which i complained to Gayor Powell who assured me that any of my problems will be sorted out so I will put my review once i get me bentley back. Having spent a huge amount of money the service is nowhere as per the name.

Prestige Cars Ken were tasked to source me a car, reasonably simple criteria and in line with other cars on autotrader etc. I was sent three cars. two of which were completely wrong, one was £2k over budget, I said no and then got a rude email from the sales manager saying they have sent me 'a number' of cars and im wasting there time. either I take this car or they wont work with me anymore. After I complained they found a car which I liked, they put me through all finance checks and even took a £1000 deposit. A few hours later they called to say the car had gone it was there error. Back to being rude to me and 3 days later I am still waiting my deposit refund. Some of them seen pleasant but typical wide boy salesmen. Will not use Prestige Cars Kent again or recommend.

***ABSOLUTE MUST READ*** First of all where do I begin. I bought a Volkswagen Golf R from not so Prestige cars on the 2nd of April after 2 weeks of them so called preparing the vehicle. Had I not been so hasty and done all the correct checks before part exchanging a perfectly good Audi A3 for £5000 and paying a further deposit of £2500 of my hard earned money I would have definitely not bought this car. 12 days after buying the car it broke down with smoke bellowing from the exhaust and also the engine rendering the car unable to drive. I had to get the car towed back to the dealer in the evening and leave the car outside their gates. I decided to write a letter rejecting the car for a refund under the consumer rights act and after delivering It to the co director Jack who was extremely cold and rude I left there without a car extremely disappointed. I was told I cannot get my old car back even though it was still there and the nerve to say that I will be hearing from their solicitor was ridiculous. After contact Barclays partner finance and explaining what had happened they had an independent company inspect the car after a further 2 weeks and miraculously they report that the Golf R now works fine and there is nothing wrong with it, 'How convenient'. Now finding out the car has had 7 previous owners and was previously another colour and had the number plate changed twice it was no wonder the car was in a bad way. Under the bonnet it was extremely shoddy and unkept, the alloys were scratched after they said they would be refurbished and Internally the gear stick was broken amongst other discrepancies. Everything about the Customer service and the way I have been treated throughout this entire process has been extremely poor and judging by the most recent review by Imran I would say this company are racist and have no regard for people of colour. I could definitely sense it especially by the way I was spoken to over the phone and in person. As you can tell I am holding nothing back in this Honest review and if you're reading this and thinking of buying a car from Prestige Cars my good advice would be DONT! Take your money and buy elsewhere where you are appreciated and taken care of. Where you can deal with honest people that know the value of a customer. Needless to say the vehicle was vastly overpriced, not fit for the road in my opinion as cars of that age and price are not suppose to break down after 12 days. I'm not afraid to admit my stupidity in not checking over the vehicle thoroughly before signing anything. However that doesn't excuse the fact that they treat customers like dirt and just out to make a buck with no regard for their customers. Do not be fooled by any good reviews about this outfit. They are a sorry excuse for a dealership.

Shouldn't you as a buying be checking all this things you stated also if it was overpriced why did you buy it? Was just reading the reviews before I looked at a car, had to comment on this one as it's ridiculous and just wasted my ten mins
