This was my first car from Prestige Cars Kent and I'm happy with everything so far. The only difficulty I had was around taxing the car due to a private plate but that is now resolved. The car was ready on time and collection was satisfactory.

There have been a couple of teething issues with my new BMW X5 but I'm still really happy with it. The team over at Prestige cars Kent have been efficient when booking it in to have them resolved, fitting it around my busy schedule. Lewis was very helpful and although I like to negotiate hard he handled everything well. All of the preparation work was carried out as agreed in time for collection and the girl who went through the paperwork was fantastic.

Ross was a lovely bloke all the way through when buying our Land Rover and the lady went through all of the paperwork in detail when we collected it. I would use Prestige Cars Kent again in the future and am happy to rate them 5 stars.

On the whole, I would rate the experience as excellent. We received very good service both while we were buying the Land Rover Discovery but also from aftersales. We live 4 hours away from Prestige Cars Kent but they got us booked in with our local Land Rover main dealer to have a small parking sensor issue fixed. Lewis gave us a fair price on our part exchange, and the additional warranty was also good value. Even though we are based "up North" we would 100% buy here again.

When I bought my Porsche Macan I dealt with a lot of members of the team due to days off etc. Everyone was very helpful, but Josh and Jess were the two people who really stood out. When I got home I noticed there was no locking wheel nut in the car, but they were happy to help me get a new one.

Although I don't do many miles in my Maserati Ghibli I have to say that I'm very happy with it. I felt well looked after at the garage and the salesman, Paul is a really nice guy. The good service continued when I collected the car, as Becky had it ready on time as promised and showed me all of the essential controls.

I originally found the Skoda Kodiaq on AutoTrader and everything was great from when I made my enquiry through to collection. I've had no issues with the car and would be happy to purchase from here again.
