I decided on this particular car from Prestige Cars Kent because it had low mileage and was a diesel engine, which met every single one of my needs.

While I was buying my new car, I spoke to the team at Prestige Cars Kent both on the phone and at the dealership. Alex was great, straight to the point. There was a little fault with the tyre pressure when I test drove it, but he fixed it before I drove off the forecourt. I’ve only managed to get out in it once since I bought it, but the car's been great.

Overall I'm very happy with how everything went at Prestige Cars Kent. The team were happy for me to take the car on a test drive and that's when I noticed a small tear in the seat, but it was great to know the team didn't push back when I mentioned this. They agreed to fix this, and a couple of days later my car was ready to collect. When I arrived, the team had professionally cleaned the car which was kind of them to do.

This wasn't my first time visiting Prestige Cars Kent but I thought the car at the time wasn't for me but I walked away from no questions asked from the team. So after a couple of months I had another look on Autotrader, which is when I came across the Audi Q5 they had advertised. I had no issues going back to the dealership to view the car because of the great experience I had the first time around. James was clear and to the point while I was making my enquiry and the car was very well priced. A short test drive I was happy to go ahead with the car. Since driving away I can understand why they have such a good reputation.

Happy with the service so far. I've encountered a few minor issues since purchasing, but I appreciate that I've bought a used vehicle and having the extended warranty gives me peace of mind.
