Total SCAMMER Sold my 20 year old a totally genuine, faultless, 100% reliable car today. Within an hour we picked up a huge issue with it, only to find we had been blocked from the dealer. The contact number we do have is for the delivery driver!! In it together obviously. We have video footage of the delivery man. Can anyone offer any advice on how to contact this lowlife? Have already raised a report to the police and Action Fraud but ideally just want my money back or the car repaired.

Avoid avoid avoid, Now trading under Orchard Motor Company. Awful experience, drove from near Cardiff to pick up a car that was promised to be in good working condition with only a minor advisory on the MOT. Upon driving the car home warning messages started appearing on the dashboard and car entered "limp home mode". Took it to a garage as soon as I could and was presented with a list of faults as long as my arm. I was told to repair it would far outweigh the cost of the car and could potentially open a can of worms! Have tried pursuing a refund since Mid December and received threatening phonecalls including one while I was in hospital followed by radio silence. Have passed it over to trading standards and will be taking it further to court. All this while six months pregnant and over Christmas. Disgusting company.

I have had success in getting a refund plus interest by going through small claims court. Highly recommend taking this avenue, and also logging it with trading standards as they have started to build a file on them
Brought a car from Prestige Cars of Bristol and they said all disc and pads were new. Next day brake system warning came on. Had to take it to a Bmw specialist they told me all discs and pads needed changing and a few other faults totalling £800. Phoned the garage and they refused to pay that much. I’d bought this car for £12550. Luckily I had got £4000 on finance so the finance company had to deal with the garage. I ended up rejecting the car got my money back from the finance company. The finance company then had to try and get the money back from the garage and the garage never responded. Advice is stay away from this dodgy garage.

Bought a mini cooper s for my wife from Prstige Cars of Bristol and the head gasket went in less than 40 miles of driving took to my local garage who found a number of problems. So I Sent the car back and rejected it as I had lost faith. It was a lack in power and a squealing noise from the engine. After 11 days of them having the car I was told I could collect the car as there is nothing wrong with it. I told them it was rejected as was my rights to do so. Currently fighting for my money back although it's a long process think I'm close. For anyone else having an issue they use several different names Astor, Kingsway cars, prestige cars of Bristol and they are located at the same address as Hanham family cars as well. If only I had seen all the terrible reviews below before hand. Do not buy from this place.
Steer well clear of Prestige Cars of Bristol, I brought a £12000 car of them the next day the brake system failure lights came on (BMW 330d) They told me the car had had discs and pads new fitted very recently. Took to a bmw specialist needed new discs pads on front and back also faulty EGR valve. Prestige cars refused to pay and answer my calls. Went through my finance company and rejected the car and got my money back from the finance company. They will now chase the garage for their money back. As the garage would not respond to the finance company in the 8 week rejection process.
I actually bought my Alfa Romeo from Prestige Cars of Bristol in October but illness and a long stay in hospital combined to limit my mileage in the car and why this revue is late! The salesman was helpful and informative about Alfa quirks (which I had already researched) but wasn't pushy and gave me plenty of time to inspect the car which was clean and tidy. The test drive was satisfactory and I decided to buy the car. On the basis of my experience I would happily recommend Prestige Cars to other customers.

Here at Prestige Cars of Bristol we have undergone a major restructuring of the company. As of May 2018 we have had a new management installed where our customer care is of very high importance to us. Since May we have taken our business ratings on Autotrader from 1.2 stars up to its current rating of 4.0 stars, this has been achieved by making sure our cars are of the highest possible standard before they leave us.

Managed to speak to Prestige Cars of Bristol about the warranty and what's covered asked if they could fix the fault that occurred 2 months after purchasing the car haven't heard from them for 2 weeks know won't return phone calls absolutely piss poor service. Had it fixed myself and the garage what done the repair said the warranty should cover it because its not that expensive and as a sign of goodwill. Avoid this place.

Sold me a car when 7 months pregnant. Fault with engine within 24 hours. Took car back to be fixed. Dealer put car in a garage called Sparks who refused to give it back until we paid £600. Didnt get car back until my son was 2 months old. My finance comp paid this as the dealer said it was nothing more to do with him but car was still not fixed. Dealer does not answer calls, e-mails and has a fake solicitor.

I feel that we need to clear up a few issues with this complaint. There had been NO mechanical fault with this vehicle within 24 hours as stated, The actual fault was with the air conditioning which is NOT a mechanical fault. This fault was only notified to us after 4 weeks of the customer driving the vehicle on a daily basis. We tried several options to rectify the fault to no avail, so the vehicle was placed with an Auto Electrical company who traced the fault. At no stage did our company refuse to return the vehicle, however a majority of the dashboard had to be removed whilst we tried to source the components. As a small company we do not have the facility to offer a courtesy car but as a good will gesture we put her in a part exchange vehicle that was still taxed in order for her to stay on the road. Customer came back and said she hadn't driven the car as it wasn't safe to drive, however the hospital car park tickets would suggest otherwise.

Please stop with the total and utter lies. We provided our finance comp with all relevent documents showing engine lights appearing within 24 hours of car purchase. You refused to sort my car and I resorted to walking my week old baby to your garage whilst I was crying to get my car back. There was no hospital car park ticket as the hospital is a number plate reader and you pay in hospital(Please stop with lies). Your auto electrics had the car for 4 months and damaged my car even further. When I got my car back a reputable company fixed my car with in 24 hours of ordering parts. Water pump, 4 tyers, exhaust sensor and the heater matrix which didn't need the dash board removing to fix. Your auto company are not mechanics and made the problem worse. They also stated you said not to fix the car if it costs more than £50. I have not let this matter drop and I will not go away.
