Meant to fix known faults but then not there or unable to sort problems out impossible to get hold of car ok but going to cost me a small fortune to get it up to standard. No tool kit no jack handle hope I don’t get a puncture. My advice avoid.
Son bought a vw golf for £3000 all his savings only for the car to go into limp mode 2 weeks later luckily not on the motorway also engine light and coil light came on spent £2000 getting the car road safe . Contacted garage only to be given the run around not answer calls or just point blank lies son was told he couldn’t pay by machine as there wasn’t one so had to be bank transfer. sales receipt having no garage name and still waiting for log book .We are now contacting trading standards . Avoid this garage totally

I purchased a car from here, advertised as 5 star on auto trader. the car cost £2500 was told I was covered by 3 months warranty. When driving home there was an issue contacted the garage only to get told they only cover full engine or gearbox faults. I've spent out over £600 to date in 2 months trying to get this car repaired but as soon as it's fixed another fault occurs. When I contacted the garage again they didn't want to take responsibility, never returned my many calls never responded to emails. I went to consumer services, trading standards now involved. After requesting my money back in writing I received a letter from some fake company acting on there behalf saying that there client refuses selling me the car and to provide proof. Well these cowboys were clever enough to give receipts with no company name on. Made me do a bank transfer but to 'hanham cars' as card machine didn't work. This was one of many trading names after looking into them deeper. So as you can imagine I rang the so called solicitor who was so incompatant hadn't a clue what he was talking about. I advise him I will continue to peruse his client until I get my money back. And luckily I am one to screenshot everything before purchasing so have the proof it was purchased from them. I hope people see this before purchasing from them. They also traded under motor trust which also has bad reviews. If I knew all this before driving 100 miles to get the car I would of never gone anywhere near it. How they can get away with it I don't know.

The worst bunch of liars and dodgy dealers I have ever had the misfortune to deal, lie after lie, caused me a lot of grief and hassle, and the chap who bought my part ex had the same problems. AVOID
This dealer is as dodgy as they come. When you have a problem they deny selling you the car avoid!!

Absolute bunch of jokers. Can't even speak to your face. What an absolute joke. The amount of anger I have for this garage right now is a joke.
Bought a car with no known faults according to Prestige Cars of Bristol (previously trading as Motortrust Bristol). Credit card machine not working (yeah right!) so had to pay by BACS direct to a personal account and also kept us waiting for an hour whilst payment allegedly cleared. Car engine warning light came on within 3 miles but when called told it would be covered by 3 month engine & gearbox warranty and would check with the boss. The 'dealer' refused to answer or return any of my calls after this conversation. Avoid, avoid, avoid.... My car traded in with one owner and FSH has been advertised for the past 8 weeks as being purchased at auction from main dealer ex stock. It's just one lie after another from Prestige Cars of Bristol or any renamed 2nd hand car company trading at 126 Bryant's Hill, Bristol, BS5 8RJ. Having read other customer reviews the only thing I can guarantee is that every customer of theirs will be treated with utter contempt and be fed one lie after another. You have been warned........

Bought a £13 000 car from Prestige Cars of Bristol, returned it after a few days as constant issues and problems .... they refused to give the money back, just lied about everything including the names of the people working there.... this company has folded before due to outstanding CCJ's.... and as it stands they have renamed the company and now have another 11 CCJ's against them. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! wouldn't even give them 1 star.... Rogue Traders!

Please would you contact me via e mail. We are having the same problems. I'm due a baby in 10 days and they actually have my car in pieces refusing to put it back together and fix it. Our fault was from day one also. I'm finding it very hard to find out any of their company's info. Even the name of the person that owns the company. They refuse to give me any names and contacts details. Never answer the phone, or return calls and make up staff left right and centre.

Bought a car from Prestige Cars of Bristol which developed a fault, informed the garage of the consumer rights act 2015 (as the fault had developed before 6 months ownership) and constant excuses and not dealing with the issue, do not recommend at all!
Did I purchase car, YES... but wish I had not. I received very poor service at Prestige Cars of Bristol. No duty of care whatsoever... lies after lies... do not visit!!!
