Everything will be great until there is a problem then they will refuse to deal with it. Sent a lawyers letter because we complained there were 4 screws missing off the battery cover. Won’t even let me bring the car back, shocking service!.

This company were very fast to take a deposit of £360 off me and with the Finance deal falling through are not not answering any of my emails. They have strung me along saying they will refund my deposit.after waiting a week with still no word i emailed again and they said they would chase it up. Still waiting for a response. Terrible service and will be pursuing a refund

Easily, one of the easiest, smoothest garages I have bought from (think this is my 28th car) so have previous!! Will recommend without hesitation.
Don’t leave a holding deposit, 2016 Ford ranger in grey chassis is badly corroded, service book was missing a stamp and Scott replied we can stamp that for you!! They charge a £165 admin fee and £250 deposit, I decided not to travel 8hrs to see the vehicle due to the corrosion and the service book issue and they wouldn’t refund the holding deposit, I thought I’d loose the admin fee but not the deposit as well, be warned !!!!

this has to be the most pleasant, least pressured car buying experience I've ever had! Scott, my sales person, was friendly and approachable as all car sales persons are but what was refreshing was his no pressure and knowledgeable approach to find out what I needed from my next car and then took that a showed me a vehicle that ticked all my boxes and at a great price that I could not turn down. Why can't all dealers be like Scott, thank you Prestige Motor Company Edinburgh.

I bought a 325 M Sport with a folding hardtop back in November from Prestige Motor Co in Edinburgh. Admittedly it was lower mileage than the bulk of the stock here, but that was my requirement and it has met it very well. I took out the service & MOT plan and used the service plan so far with no problems. Thanks Scott for a good customer experience.
