Bought a Range Rover sport here several weeks ago, traded my old jeep in got a fair trade in price from them. A week or so after I got the jeep the engine management light came on and I noticed a couple of other small issues, I called up and with no hesitation they booked me in and within a couple of days jeep was back all issues rectified. For a private garage I would have expected less to be honest but definitely easy to deal with through out. Would definitely nip back in the future
Alisha provided amazing service, super helpful and very friendly. Nothing was a trouble for her. She booked me in last minute for a car diagnostic, then booked me in for the repair. Hassle free, and fab customer service. Definitely recommend.

Prestige con company please public stay well clear of these crooks As you can see I’ve left a review before haven’t spent £70k or so in 8 months firstly on a Ford Ranger that’s was a bag of crap ( gearbox fell out ) warning lights , sounded like a tractor even after it was supposedly fixed , then months down the line have it replaced with a land-rover discovery that two days after leaving the dealer had engine management faults ( broke down on by pass ) . Limp mode of and on ( again went back to get fixed ) told it was fine only for 1 hour later same engine management faults ( machanic are guessing ) . Told it was just a sensor & rocker cover went back again same issue . Only the Ford transit custom - one day after leaving dealer again engine management fault - max speed 40-50 mile and hour totally out its depth van sounded like it was going to blow up . Again most of November & December van and landrover back in and out lost 2 months of work only same problems arise . Xmas eve 2022 finally had enough and went to dealer after the owner Scott was in van and seen the problem & quite frankly 💩 his backside said if they could not get a replacement for two motors from a dealer they would pay of finance. Fast forward to the vehicles being handed back 4 weeks almost we get a call from finance saying they are not paying them off due to their wasn’t anything wrong with them. I mean are these criminals for real . ( I don’t know who they’re paying in these finance companies but they’re paying someone ) . Arguing that because theirs a mark on a door they will lose money what’s about the finance & deposits in 70k of motors over 8 months that’s been paid for motors that have either been in garage or not being road worthy to use yet they think their hard done by . Please everyone share this on al social media platforms far & wide These people are criminals , con men , leaving people with sleepless nights and in thousands of debts while they drive super cars worth millions . Stay well clear This will be going to court Scum company with scum owners .
I bought a 2013/63 plate Land Rover Freelander; I was advised when I purchased the car it would have been serviced and Mot'd with a gear box flush for my own piece of mind as my previous car went on fire in June 2022. I picked my car up on September 3rd, on November 9th, 2022, the service light come on. I spoke to Scott who said he would get the car booked in on Friday as Alisha was back in the office at that point and he would have the car booked back into be serviced as there may not needed done at the point of sale. received a text message from Alisha monday morning explaining that a service would not be done because i was out with the 30 days since i purchased the car, but i have a warrenty plan for 12 months, but would be expected to pay for a service i was told the car would be getting at point of sale. I have been trying since september to have the car cleaned correctly, and the key fixed but again this has not been done, I also found a shot gun bullet LOADED in the back of the car under the seat where my 4 year old Autistic son sits, which could have been fatal but this was passed to the police where Alisha then choose to ignore the situation instead of apologising and making the issue better they choose to ignore the issue.my car is still awaiting a valet, needs serviced and I am out of pocket on a car that was supposed to need nothing for at least 12 months after purchase, absolute CON of a company, Happy to rip people off and falsely advertise.

ook my car for a service and to get the brakes done. When I drove the car away, I noticed a clicking sound that wasn’t there before. I thought it was just a stone stuck in the tyre tread so didn’t really bother. Turns out there’s was a huge bolt stuck in the back tyre, so I took it to kwik fit to have it repaired. It was then that I discovered there was also a bolt missing from the front wheel. On top of this my lock nut key was missing. The only time the lock nut left the car was when Prestige did my breaks as I specifically remember them asking me for this before I left them to do the work. As that lock key NEVER leaves my car, it can only be that Prestige have not put it back in he car after they’d finished with it. That combined with their failure to put all the bolts back on one of the wheels has lead to my taking a dim view of their after care service. To lose my key and a bolt from one of the wheels is a major red flag and I would think very carefully before letting them carry out any work on your vehicles. As it stands, they are refusing to acknowledge any level of responsibility. Car was dropped off to be repaired and collected needing more repairs and missing 2 major components.
