I bought a car from this garage, Prestige motors. The salesperson (Rob) was good to begin with. Once they got their money, they became nasty. After sales service is rubbish. Things promised in the sale were not followed up. Some features advertised on the car were not working. I was told it is a standard advert. I realised someone had probably removed the blue tooth from the car probably to sell it on, it was clearly advertised and was told it was working by Rob. On one of the occasion, I spoke to someone at Prestige Motors who told me if it was advertised it should be sorted/replaced. They never did. I was promised a spare tyre, made several phone calls and have been told its on order and have to wait. This is now 9 months since the sale and I have given them sufficient time to sort this. One advice to PRESTIGE MOTORS... Good customer service should not be an option. Make it a standard. In summary...bad experience.

Some good things. The sales person (Niall?) was very helpful and went above and beyond. I took the car back once and was well treated and most things were sorted. However that was that. Paperwork was mailed to the incorrect place and I didn't get ownership of the car for 8 weeks so I wasn't insured. No ownership from Prestige on this. Justine, the main Customer Care person, is sweet and everything but totally laid back and included to consistently ignore emails and not return phone calls. Justine promised to ship me parts but parts outstanding. I imagine they are at Prestige but because I called an emailed so much they won't ship them. If you get impatient with them they give you the uncooperative treatment. Prestige will support their employees. Customer Care a definite maybe.
Left a deposit over the phone for a car from Prestige Motors I hadn't seen. Upon seeing the car there was lots of work that needed doing to it. They said they would phone the next day to confirm. No call received. Now they refuse to refund the deposit. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Bought a car from Prestige Motors Direct in March realised there was a part missing informed them, yes we will sort it. Someone will phone you, that never happened, rang again week later yes we will sort it and ring you back. Been back to showroom 4 times now yes we will sort it, still not. Rang again on Tuesday asked where the part was the guy had no idea. Asked to speak to the boss, no asked for the bosses name Stuart surname unknown, then slammed phone down on me. Rang back asked to speak to boss again and his name was told don't know name. Then asked why he had put phoned down on me, he then shouted down the phone at me that obviously I wasn't getting the message and slammed the phone down on me again. If you want poor customer service and aggressive staff this is the place for you.
I saw a car online at Prestige Motors Direct Newton Lee Willows which looked promising. So spoke to a man called Martin who seemed helpful enough. I paid a £100 deposit over the phone (which I was assured would be returned if I didn't like the car) and I went down to test drive the car a few days later. Unfortunately the car wasn't as I expected; the engine was making an unusual noise and the car was not in as good condition as advertised. I decided not buy it. I called Martin to advise him of my decision and that I would like my deposit back. He seemed friendly enough and assured the deposit would be transferred back into my account. 2 weeks pass and no money was returned. I called up and Martin became hostile and un cooperative. He said the money should be returned. 6 weeks later and plenty of phone calls and still no sign of my deposit. Absolutely appalling service. Such a scam company, after reading all the reviews I honestly don't know how this company is still functioning. All I can say is at least I didn't buy my car from this awful dealership!

Please do not buy anything from Prestige Motors Direct. I know these guys have a legal advisor on site !? Only the godfather does that surely? You have been warned.
Took £100 from my account when I had my finance approved from them. Decided not to buy car from them because it was faulty was promised refund from sales person Tim it's been 2 weeks know still haven't received refund will be taking legal action soon if refund not received. Avoid them at all cost.

Bought a car from Prestige Motors Direct in Newton at the end of Jan, came with a full mot and Service however two days after driving it home oil light comes on and off, and also the mot states that the 2 from tyres are barely legal! Causing my braking to be dangerous as there is little grip from these. Poor service which is a shame as the salesman was actually friendly .
