Bought myself a nice little Volvo v40 from prestige and I can't thank Rob enough for is help and advice. I've had the car 2months now and runs like a dream, I would definitely recommend this car dealership, and I will be using them again.

Bought a used car from here, told it would be ready to collect from lunchtime, finally left the showroom after 6.30pm. The vehicle had failed MOT that day. I was told it had been taxed 3 days before:LIE. Valet promised, LIE. Put fuel in to compensate: LIE. They kept fobbing us off and the salesman was nowhere to be seen. Left the car showroom and didn't even get down the East Lancs Road before warning light came on. Telephoned Prestige and instructed to bring it in the next morning. It's now been in 4 days and every time I phone I am told that someone will call me back, they never do and not answering emails.

FYI Greg, in order to post a review here you are required to produce evidence that you are a customer. You have been alerted to the problems with the vehicle , but all we have received from you is failure to return our calls and broken promises and deadlines. This is still ongoing

Funny you have put this because I am having the same problem..... still waiting for a part and noone replies to calls or messages..... Just waiting after my 8th call to see if they bother before adding my own review. Also just seen a pretty bad one on Facebook so will advise the lady to leave review on here.

Prestige Motors Direct were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. I left an email enquiry in the evening and they were in touch the following morning. Salesman for very pleasurable. He answered all our questions and the car was ready for pick up exactly when he said it would be. I will definitely recommend Prestige Motors to family and friends and will be back myself in 3 years to change my car.
