Very poor place the radio dont work on my audi and i took it back and they said they looked and ordered a part for the audi amp on the 10th dec 2015 and its now 10th feb 2016 and still no call off them. I kept ringing them and they told me not to ring as they would contact me and guess what it was bull shit cos me and my brother looked at the amp and it works so they didnt even check it plus when connected the car battery went flat and i went to audi and they told me its an electric fault and i this this place knew that. That is why the amp was not connected and when i went to view the car they kept me busy and chatting so i didnt notice things on the car . There was scratches on the boot handle was bent like it had been reversed into some thing also my rear tyre had 68 psi in and when i told them i basically got called a liar .... all i say STAY CLEAR OF THIS CLEAR OF THIS PLACE PEOPLE.

Sorry to hear you are not happy. I do apologise that your radio didn't work but we did manage to get you a replacement. I understand your frustration of the time scale in regard to waiting but this is out of our control as the radio came from a independent supplier.
Absolute joke of a place, ruined my experience of buying a car.There has been problem after problems- been back 6 times promised to do fanbelt and scratches on car, waited a week to pick the car up and when i go for it none of the work was done. They told me to bring it back so did they did the scratches- no fanbelt, told to go back again, went back they had the wrong belt get the belt put on. I pick the car up day after the belt screaming again, waited just over two weeks to be sorted had a towbar fitted elsewhere and when the guy took the trim out the inside of my boot- the in side of the car has been on fire at some point and was full of water. Like i say never again will i use prestige motor not even if i was on fire my self and needed putting out.

Sorry to see you feel you had a bad experience. We do constantly review our after sale policy to ensure they are met to the highest of standards and therefore meet customers expectations. Glad to hear that we managed to resolve this for you.
In the process of starting court procidings along with trading standards fitted a part to a car that was not up to scratches promised me an MOT then claimed to know nothing about it. Let me drive around with illegal number plates on the car when first sold it to me but said "if you get a pulled tell them your in the process of getting the Rev changed, but when I went back to get the reg changed the "sales man" had been sacked and they had no idea ! Place is a joke business is run backwards trading standards have apparently been here with them before I'd avoid these like the plague my lesson has been learned

Sounds like my experience, Sadly these guys care nothing for return business and probably have a string of CCJs. They have a procedure set up to deal with all complains, fob off, lie, and just get rid. If you get annoyed they accuse you of being abusive. Go to court and sort em out.

I went to prestige motors to look at a Vauxhall insignia. I had previously viewed 3 others which were all shoddy at other places. When I got to prestige I was met by Greg who works on sales. Greg showed me the car and was very knowledgeable on the car. Was not pushy and most of all was helpful. I purchased and the car was ready not long after and it's the best purchase I have made. Will definitely recommend greg and prestige.

I purchased a car in December 2015, there was a small problem with my private number plate which meant it was not registered at time of sale, but ben from Prestige Cars sorted out the problem even put us on their insurance until paper came, and even called to our house to pick up paper work instead of us going back to the showroom. Up to now I am HAPPY.

Car had problems and had to return to Prestige Motors Direct on two occasions. On the third time it broke down, I had to arrange fixing via my warranty which I had paid Prestige 1,000 pounds for - surprise surprise, it didn't exist! I returned the car to the garage and got them to fix the problem and to get my warranty set up. Now the sodding car has broken down again and my RAC warranty doesn't cover picking up the car, diagnostics or repair of the car as the RAC hourly rate is too expensive - so that's a 1,000 pounds of warranty which is useless. I WOULDN'T TOUCH PRESTIGE MOTORS IN NEWTON LE WILLOWS WITH A BARGE POLE -STEER CLEAR IF YOU CAN!
I have purchased a bmw 330 ci and have been very happy with the garage and staff they are very helpful with advice and any small proplems i have had..
We had the car a week when we noticed missing bodywork screws and bodywork /paint issues my own fault for not looking harder. The new tyre they put on was not the same make as the others legal yes but not right. Then we noticed the rear discs were corroded so had to replace those. Then it developed a knocking on the front roll bar which was loose and the air con was working and all of this within 300 miles of the purchase. Overall it has cost us a further £250.00 plus to sort all this. It was good advice to take a mechanic to inspect a vehicle you are planning to purchase but surely Prestige Motors Direct should be selling inspected and roadworthy cars .
