Wow! I’m so upset with Preston Car Sales. I bought my car and next day driving on my dash board a sign came up with “check emission” suddenly I notice that the pedal for the gas not really working and many more brake downs. I took my car at the garage to check and they found a lot faults! They suggested to bring this car back! The dealer a bought the car told me he is on holidays and he will be back only in a month time!!! By the law we have 30 days to get our money back! And this guy was telling me he won’t give my money back as he wants to check the car first even if I send his the engineers paper work that my car is not working! Long story short I waited a month! When he came back I brought this car to him and he was fixing it for a week! He said “all good and drives perfect”. As soon as I left after 30 min the sign “check emission” came back again and the same fault was still there.. I paid £700 for my engineer to fix this car as I didn’t have anymore energy to fight with this dealer! You can see from so many reviews how bad this dealer is! And I wish I checked those reviews before I bought this broken car! I HOPE THIS COMPANY WILL BE CLOSED SOON!

I have a very bad experience from Preston Car Sales. The guy is a big liar because he miss-sale a Mini Cooper to me! The car had Engine problem which is I didn’t recognised From the beginning and other issues come up one by one after each other after a few days I bought the car! But as I believe on karma I’m sure he gonna paid it back for the way he’s making money to bring it on the table for his family! So please DO NOT trust this dodgy trailer because all he dose is fraud!!!
If I could give 0 stars and close Preston Car Sales down I would. Bought a 2007 Corsa in Wembley 2 years ago. The wipers were not working at all, I noticed this only when I was out driving and it started to rain. I never got paperwork from them. The wishbone of the car was so rusty I was almost involved in an accident, why sell a car in such bad condition. To round this up, it would have been better to scrap this car as soon as I had purchased it due to the condition it was in.
Preston Car Sales in Wembley allowed me to part exchange my car which was in excellent condition for one of his cars which was declared dangerous by two different garages. The car had a wheel bearing gone, split cv gaitor, corroded suspensions, worn break pads and more! He was vile about the situation, offered to fix the car but didn't want to give my car back and lied about spending money to fix my car that he said had problems when it didn't! They are all compulsive liars and don't deserve to be selling cars to anyone.
Stay away from Preston Car Sales in Wembley. Nothing but problems with a bmwx5 2007. Not even had it a month and went wrong and needed 3k spent on it at BWM. And after this the car has carried on having nothing but problems and is now no good. 13k car 3k repairing it and needs to have a new engine. Stay away what ever the deal.

Be aware of Preston Car Sales in Wembley people. His cars all seem to have faults with them, which he does not disclose. When you speak to him about it he is not interested and says the car is fine. He constantly says he is busy when you try and contact him about an issue, he is very rude and is just trying to grab your money and once he has it, that is basically it and his attitude changes. Good luck!!

I purchased a VW Touareg from Preston Car Sales in Wembley and its the same old story as some of the other reviews on here, which I have only just seen. I bought the car with no documents and they promised to send them to me in the next couple of days. I waited 4 weeks and still don't have the Service History. The car engine has a receipt for £2500 and a Warranty good for £500. The suspension is faulty and the brakes were so badly warped that it was illegal to drive. Cost me £300 to fix the brakes. The paint work was as scratched but advertised as good condition with service history. Called them several times and the Manager 'Adam' is very rude. He talks over you all the time and tells you he is too busy to deal with my issue and will call me back when he is free. Please avoid at all costs. Good luck!!

Preston Car Sales Wembley advertised a used Jaguar X type saloon car on auto trader. I called them, went to see the car and liked what I saw. I then asked for the car manual, they said it was missing. For history, they went to the government website and printed out a MOT history of the car which is in no way a car history record. However their advert didn't mention anything about car history. I looked at the car engine, test drive it and then paid for it via part exchange with my car and bank transfer for the remaining. Upon trying to drive it, out I noticed the heater didn't work, they tried to fix it but could not so I left the car there and drove my previous car home. Upon arrival at home, I checked the car history and found out that it was a CAT C. I then called the next day to tell them I don't want the car, and asked for my money and previous car documents back. He has refused but he has no choice. I will take him to court and sue if for every dime has got. However future buyers please run. Learn from my story and that of other people that have complained.

As you can tell I'm no way letting him get away with this!!! I have reported to DVLA VOSA AND TRADING STANDARDS and thats only the beginning I took car back he hid so I left it in front of all his other cars so he could not get them out put the wheels to the right put the steering lock on locked the car and went home :) this made him very unhappy :) Trading now as JC Auto's London Ltd and another the name escapes me if you want any details please let me know
I bought a car from Preston Car Sales and while driving along the M25 a week later the car lost power, started to vibrate and the engine light came on. I contacted them to notify them of the problem and was told to contact a breakdown service. The breakdown service said there was a problem with the engine and toured me to a garage. The garage notified there was a problem with one of the cylinders. On notifying Preston Car Sales they suggested they can have their mechanic have a look but I would need to pay for parts and that only labour was under the warranty. When I insisted they would need to repair it free of charge they refused. After quoting that I was going to take legal action, they told me to look at the invoice and that it stated that the car was sold as spares and repairs. That was obviously not what was stated on the ad for the car or discussed when I met with them. After seeking advice, I kept pursuing them and stating my rights under consumer law. They finally agreed to fix the car. When I went to collect the car they stated I had to pay £150 as they also had to replace the timing belt as a result of the work they had to do to fix the engine. Reluctantly, but for convenience and to get a working car after waiting a couple of months to get it fixed I paid them the additional money. I also lost money on getting the car toured back to my home from the first garage and to the dealership for the repairs. The car has developed other problems within the last few months and I am going to have to sell it for spares or scrap it.
This garage is the biggest nightmare any buyer could ask for. I had a golf from them and within 10 mins an emissions light came on and went into limp mode. It was very overpriced, I would not recommend but insist to stay away from this no knowledge bad car sales man! If you have seen Matilda the movie and know what her father was like this garage is 5 times worse! Trust me please save yourself a lot of cash!!!!
