Terrible service. Waste of time dealing with this company. The dearlership would be much better off with a changed of sales manager as the current one Mark is not an asset to the branch.
Bought a car all friendly when buying but after that don't want to know you SD card removed on collection had to call them all time no communication at all late returning deposit had to keep calling for not trustworthy at all never recommend you
Fantastic service from start to finish from Hamid. I couldn’t be happier he was honest when I spoke to him over the phone and sent a personalised video of the vehicle I was interested in. Which reassured me to reserve the car when I came to collect the car was fantastic and Hamid walked me straight through all the paper work. Thanks again Hamid and I will be recommending you to my friends and family.

I have received terrible customer service from Preston Motorparks throughout owning my jeep. The dealership sold me a car which had issues, it broke down and the dealership refused to accept the car back to fix it due to them having too many cars being fixed at the time. The car had to go to another garage in Cheshire where it stayed for 3 months getting fixed. Extremely bad customer service, I would not recommend buying a car from this company.

When she picked up her new car and dropped off her old one as part exchange, she asked will her vehicle be transferred by the garage so she could receive £90 tax back from DVLA. She was told yes of course. Nearly 3 weeks later when she still hadn't received her £90 cheque back she checked online and her old car was still in her name! She contacted Mark at the branch and told him to immediately transfer the vehicle and reimburse the £20 that she had lost due to the garage not transferring straight away. So far mark still hasn't reimbursed her £20 hence this review that will stay here till he does.

after looking at a car we had concerns and were told all work would be carried out to our satisfaction and were asked for a deposit of £500 which after watching a conman salesman write down the repairs that would be dealt with by master technicians we left a deposit, what a mistake that was, none of the work was carried out and refused to honour the 3 month free warranty because we were taking out a 2 year warranty at a cost of £750, thay have now refused to refund my sons deposit. Absolute disgraceful company we are now pursuing through small claims court

it's been 13 months of hell. I bought a car from Preston Motor Park in April last year. This car was not cheap at £24000, a car that is no longer drivable and needs pushing to be moved! Whilst I travel by BUS! There was some issues with the car on the test drive I was told would be fixed, however when I went to collect not only was they not fixed the car had bird poo on the seats and there had been no attempts at valeting it let alone repairing it. I was assured this would be done in 2 weeks. There was the 2nd lie! As after 4 weeks I was still being ignored regarding this repair. In the meantime I had raised concerns about the car after 3 days the car didn't drive as it should and was COVERED in scratchea which had been hidden an painted over. There was a battery warning light, which I was told was normal I was unaware but many of the features didn't work. I have been raising these concerns and told them that I had been unable to pick up power on the motorway on 3 occasions almost causing accidents, I was still left to drive this car. This started happening on roundabouts but I was still left to drive the car and told "I was looking for faults" all whilst the gearbox and turbo was failing. I allowed the company 6 opportunities to repair this car, of which was never done and last week I spent 6 hours waiting for recovery after the car drove down the road at 4000 revs BY ITSELF AND OUT OF CONTROL. I have asked for refunds but been told to bare with it as it had already been 9 months (this was on and off a recorded line) I have sent emails saying this car is a death trap again still left to drive it. Now after a failed 6th repair and almost wiping out Deepdale I have asked for a refund and been offered one minus £5000 as I have put miles on the car MILES THAT I PUT ON WHILST BEGGING THEM TO HELP FIX THIS DEATHTRAP OF A CAR. The car has been off the road for OVER 125 DAYS OF 13 MONTHS (1/3 of the time this has been on the road) and I have been given either Fiat 500s or cars sold to other customers as courtesy cars. I know this is not an isolated incident and the way they are totally disregarding what they have put me through and focusing on the fact that I have actually driven a car they repeatedly told me I was safe in despite the fact I WASNT they think it is genuinely acceptable for me to have lost £4000 on this car that HAS NOT FOR 1 SINGLE DAY OF ME OWNING IT WORKED FULLY. This far the car has needed - Respray the car to remove the scratches that had been covered. - Test the battery telling me its fine - Fix the CD player - Replace a battery (wrongly) - Replace head fuse unit - Repair broken camera - Replace the gearbox - fix the interior paintwork they melted whilst repairing another issue And even after all this THE CAR IS OFF THE ROAD AND UNDRIVABLE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

Avoid ! We went to see motorpark on the 30th January 2022, we said to WADE - just give us 2 or 3 days to discuss the car we was looking at, but would probably go ahead, then get in touch for a deposit. Then had to go back on 6th Feb as Wade didnt get in touch, left a message and was told we would be contacted on the 7th Feb to finally get your call on 10th Feb - paid deposit straight away to find on the 16th we missed the deadline by 2 days and can no longer buy this model In whole a hugely disappointing experience and never to be repeated with Motorpark again. At this stage, I would just normally take the disappointment on the chin - Thats life - but its the whole getting a refund back which as got me all worked up !!! To get a refund - Motorparks Preston has a policy where you have to email them your 16 digits off your card and expiry date to get it back !!! WHAT !!!! Not only have they really disappointed my daughters 17th Birthday present ( who Wade kept trying to push the smokers pack to !!!! - Thats a big No ) You want to open myself up to online Fraud AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

Basically I dropped my van off with a problem and they said they were very busy and it could be three weeks before they can look at it, over three months now and I have to continually phone them to be told they have no idea when they will look at it....
