I placed an order for a Jeep Renegade Motability car, paid my deposit and when it came into stock, they sold the car to someone else within 3 days. Then they couldn't get the same car as a replacement model, so had to go a model up due to availability issues caused by lockdowns. I blindly ordered the next model up (no choice) and confirmed with this dealership the fuel consumption was near or the same as the 18 plate Renegade I was returning which did ~40 mpg. The new car (21 plate) "drinks fuel" and after the first 3 month of driving it, the max it has achieved is 28.6mpg!!!!!

I paid £100 deposit for a Test Drive of a Fiat 500 X on Friday 5th March, I didn't buy the car due to cost but I still haven't received my £100 back despite ringing the Dealership & also going into the Branch today 12th March. It's absolutely disgusting that they were quick enough to take my money but very reluctant to return. I will not be returning again & I don't want anybody else to suffer the same
Sent me an MOT reminder in the post for a vehicle I don't even own. They didn't pay any postage on the letter - it cost me £2 to receive it. Scumbags!!

Booked a test drive to be told the car was sold after we had travelled to the garage. Very poor communication and staff did not seem interested in selling to us. Sadly won’t return here due to the poor service.

I brought my giulia quadrifoglio to this alfa dealership for a software and map update, I must admit from all the main dealers iv dealt with these guys were by far the best. They could sense I was passionate about my car as soon as I pulled up and therefore kept me updated with multiple phone calls throughout the day as to the status of the updates etc, from sales to service everyone was extremely professional. Thank you again for a fantastic service =)

Car broke down on motorway outside Liverpool. We'd run out of callouts from breakdown service so had to arrange ourselves. Bit tricky on the hard shoulder on a Sunday with toddler in tow so was very happy when this garage said they'd accept delivery of our car. Paid £150 to have it towed to them, parked outside as instructed, booked in local hotel. In the morning they said they wouldn't have time to deal with it and the person who'd answered the phone shouldn't have said they'd take it. Explained the situation and pleaded for them to at least have a look (problem was water pump needed replacing) but they flatly refused. In the end we had to go home on the train and spend £200 on a transporter service to get the car back to our own local garage in Scotland, which we could have done on the Sunday and saved ourselves a few bob, if only they'd said straight out that they couldn't do it! Crappy service.
Having had an oil leak issue supposedly fixed by Preston Motor Park. I took it back to garage to check oils as gauge only showed 75% full(potential 25% loss). They told me Volvo had issued a technical guide only to fill car to 75% off maximum. Checked with Volvo, In a letter from Volvo - Volvo checked with the garage but we’re unable to find such guidance sent by Volvo and Volvo UK technical dept could not find anything there end either. Someone is telling porky’s and yet it’s the customer who suffers. I’m not letting this drop.
DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A CAR DEALER!!! Where to begin....went into Preston Motor Park and agreed to PX my car for one they had within the business elsewhere and was shown pictures and was told car would be in top tip condition. whilst there we got the settlement figure for my car and got the fiance stuff sorted etc...all good. 2 days before i was due to collect the car, i got a phone call that i told them the wrong settlement figure and owe them £200. I told them to leave in which i got a phone call back to say they made a mistake but don't worry they will work the numbers. Was pretty much hounded to be there 1st thing Saturday to collect, upon arriving i was made to wait nearly 2 hours whilst the sales guy chased another sale ( i should have walked off). The car was not ready as wheels was scuffed and bonnet chipped. Was told to bring it back in during week to get sorted. The bonnet and 2 wheels never got done but not going chase for that. Now this is where the fun begins..... a week or so after changing cars, i received a speeding fine from my old car doing 76mph in a 50mph average speed camera zone (THIS CERTAINLY GIVE YOU A INSIGHT TO HOW THE CARS ARE TREAT BEFORE GOING ON THE FORECOURT). This was pretty much laughed of at the dealership. The car went into garage for some warranty work on the exhaust. Got told they will do the work but drop it off the following Monday as that is when the part will be in. Dropped it off on the Sunday due to work commitments. By Wednesday i have not heard anything & after a couple of phone calls with promises to ring me back which never happened i decided to call in. My car had not moved and was forgotten about even though they had arranged the date to return to do the work. Was no apology and was told to leave with them. I declined and took it to Abarth wigan who did the warranty work and found a couple of niggles which should have been spotted from the service by Preston motor park. A couple of weeks later the paint had peeled of the front bumper, went into the dealership and they agreed it needed go back to the body shop. Manager told me to forward details so they could arrange a courtesy car the following week. 6 weeks later after ignored emails, promised phone calls back, phone put down on me and having to deal with the most rude & aggressive receptionist i finally managed to escalate this with the general manager who was really good and promised to get things sorted. A couple of weeks past so contacted the general manager who was surprised to hear from me as he was under the impression somebody had contacted me to arrange getting the car fixed. Quick phone call back, all sorted drop car off next Wednesday pick up latest on the Monday. Monday came, rang them up at 5 pm to be told car will not be ready until Thursday ( this was not communicated and i had to chase yet again). Went in Thursday at 4.30 car was there but nobody called to let me know. Can't complain about the work as looks good but not happy about the state it come back in. Absolutely dirty inside with foot prints in the passenger foot well, 70 miles driven, 1/3 of tank of petrol used and a phone hook up to Bluetooth. I cant prove it but i suspect my car was taken for a little joy ride. Either way the car should not have been returned to me like that. I did not bother showing the manager as when i expressed to him the lack of communication throughout the 9 weeks to get my front bumper resprayed he just shrugged. If it was not for me going to the general manager i highly doubt i would have got this sorted. There is zero customer service / after sales which this review just echos the previous ones. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I've bought a Volkswagen Golf from this garage and paid over £11000. After seeing some stone chips on the bonnet they reduced the price by £50. I took it to a garage to get it look d at only to find the car bonnet has already been painted. Tried to get my money back but they would not. Do not buy from Preston Motor Park.
