My excellent experience with Priceless Auto Services I had an excellent experience dealing with Priceless Auto Service when I recently got a vehicle from them. The staff member who dealt with me was Spencer. I travelled 70 miles from them and Spencer made sure that I was comfortable before the transaction. He made me welcome and valuable. He was very professional and made me feel valued as an individual customer. Spencer was patient in explaining the whole procedure to me. I never felt hurried in any way. He was so friendly and kept his professional side. He had all the time for me and I left there equipped with all the necessary information I needed. My vehicle was ready for me and nothing was delayed in the transaction. My vehicle was cleaned and I have no issues to complain about. I wish we had friendly staff members everywhere to customers like Spencer. His customer care is second to none. Well done Priceless Auto Services staff members, you are unsung heroes.

Spencer top guy, got me the car I wanted and no pressure. The service I received was excellent.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dodgy place, car sold to us with a known electrical fault and refused to fix or refund. Told utter lies despite tonnes of email and photo evidence. Doesn't respect or adhere to consumer law. Being investigated by the AA to remove their membership.

In response we would like to point out that after supplying a car with absolutely no running faults or issus - you then proceeded in extensively driving the vehicle accross with legnth and bredth of the British isles - only then to bamboozle us with a series of daily calls and mystery garage bills. We had asked for the vehicle back to properly assess the issus - and even repeatedly offered you a full refund. We sent you on-line payments to cover your ample alleged garage repair costs to brakes, battery and tyres, even though the vehicle had passed through our stringent PDI tests and processes. We find your commnets and your review to be nothing more than bitterness and sheer fantasy.

What a response. Didn't leave with faults? Well the AA and this site has all the evidence of the images sent to you of the engine management light half way home. Two page report from the Honda garage listing all the faults. Mystery garage bills? You mean the ones we gave you the phone numbers of the garage for and you chose not to call them? Drove across the length and breadth of the British Isles? You mean home from your garage where we had to keep pumping the cracked tyre and the engine management light came on which we sent images of to you (can one fantasise that?). And then our drive 1.5 hours to Southend where I called you in tears because the car wouldn't reverse? You ought to be ashamed of yourself leaving a disabled person without a car. We know the truth and so does the AA with all the evidence they have been given, all your lying emails, images and videos showing what it's doing and the Honda report. You're welcome to call Honda again for confirmation and the garages that fitted the tyre, battery and brake pads - ATS Euromaster Crowborough 01892 662100 for the tyre and Godfrey Auto Repairs for the battery and pads 01892 662981. You offered refunds when you were required by law to offer a fix. The car does not change gear it cannot be driven almost 5 hours to you. Shame on you.
Excellent all round Fantastic family friendly company and garage . I've used this garage for 10 years or so and always greeted with helpfully friendly staff .

Highly recommended From start to finish nothing was to much trouble great help and advise everyone is so friendly we were even given ice lollys as it was a hot day very happy with he whole experience would very much recommend this place to anyone
I am a very happy customer Just like to say that I am happy to give a really good review for the service I received whilst buying my new car. The vehicle was exactly as described and I have been running it for a week since taking delivery, runs really well. What impressed me most was the attention to detail in the preparation and excellent customer service, keep it up! I look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

No issues with my Fiesta from PriceLess Autos. It was a really good price and the service was brilliant. I have had no issues at all and the dealers were able to answer all my questions. I would happily recommend Priceless Auto Services to my friends and family.
