Just purchased a new Eco Sport from Priests Ford Chesham, received the best customer service throughout from Calum from start to finish. Also Dominic was so helpful throughout and also took an interest. Both myself and my husband said after so many years of purchasing vehicles this was the best experience ever. Not pushy just helpful many thanks. Would certainly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Bought my car from Priests Ford Chesham recently, really impressed with the way they looked after me and actually got a good deal on my part exchange car too! James was really helpful and made it all nice and easy. Would definitely go back!
Made arrangements to view a particular car with James at priests chesham ford , told him what time i would be there , took a half day off work and asked him to let me know if for any reason the car would not be available as i was driving a long way ,(35 miles) . you guessed it, the car wasnt there, i asked for the manager and he was|nt available either. so thats me probably 100 quid out of pocket, never again.
I brought a Ford Fusion 1.6 diesel yesterday 11/1/18 from priests ford, and though it was possibly the cheapest car they had on the forecourt, the service I received as a customer was second to none. Jonathan Trickett, made the whole experience relaxing from start to finish, even when Jonathan went to source paper work I was asked by other members of staff ( Dominic) being one, would l like a tea, because our machine only does coffee, Dominic was prepared to make me one from the kitchen area. Personally I've never brought from this dealership before, but there is no doubt I will go back when I'm looking to buy again. Great customer service and great overal experience 10/10.
