Rang this dealer Saturday 27/8/16 to enquire about a Mitsubishi shogun they had for sale.i asked about the service history,the salesman said he didn't know,but would get someone to call me back the following morning (today Sunday 28/8/16). Waited for a call all day,so I rang them back and spoke to receptionist,who took my details and promised someone would call me back. No-one did. If this is their customer service,then I think I'll leave it and buy one somewhere else,with staff who at least call you back. Mustn't want to sell cars this lot.
Recently bought a Freelander from here, very happy with the process, was quick and smooth and all staff I met were very friendly to deal with.
I have had a few issues with the engine warning light coming on with my car, The dealership have said to go to any Halfords and they will fix it and the dealer will pay for the repairs. Unfortunately Halfords have said that the repairs that need to be done are not covered in the cars warranty. They found 8 problems when they checked the diagnostics and they have said that when the dealer gets in touch with them then they will give me a call back. It has been 3 weeks since then and I have not heard anything back and the engine light is still on. Despite the issues with the car the dealer was very good at the time of purchase and very helpful, I am just waiting to hear back from him to hopefully get the issues resolved.

I got a car from the so called garage with 12 months mot it broke down after only a month with major problems or undrivable I called the garage to be told not our problem I am now left with a big bill
Would certainly not recommend buying from here, ended up with an expensive un roadworthy vehicle with defective tyres, which proves the car had not had an inspection before been sold. Very unprofessional and a danger to say the least!
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, it started of well with the salesman. However, whilst inspecting the vehicle and making sure it was road worthy and checking to see if it had recently been serviced (no recent service history) I was shouted at by the manager Steve Dhesi. He wasn't bothered that I had over £7500 in my pocket, he just didn't want his car inspected! I was 95% sure I was going to walk away at that point, however I had travelled a long way and I was happy with the car so I purchased it. I would therefore suggest if you want to thoroughly inspect a vehicle prior to purchase look elsewhere. If you want to kick a tyre or two and say "oh, well it looks and drives nice" suv 4x4 is the place for you.

Very impressed with Pristine Cars and the after sales care was particularly good. When I discovered a couple of faults I called them up and they said no problem just whip it back into the garage and we'll sort it, I drove it back down, they gave me a courtesy car and did the job over a weekend. They were excellent and I'll certainly be recommending them.

The service at Pristine Cars was excellent, I traveled down by train and they were kind enough to pick me up from the train station and drive me to the dealership, everything was ready and I was in and out in no time. Apart from a very minor water leak the car is spot on.

Stay away! Poor customer service....I turned up today with my wife and two children and we got a frosty welcome. They scoured at our two children and said that on Saturdays they are too busy for my family to sit in the cars to compare the size of the back seats! I was a genuine customer, I just don't think they liked us turning up in a fiat Doblo (unknown to them I also own a £9000 Volvo I wanted to part exchange!) They asked if we could come back in the week when customers were not around....they had one other couple there??! The owner sat in his office and made no attempt to offer advice or guidance....shocked at their unprofessionalism.

Everyone was very professional at Pristine Cars. If I was going to say anything I would say that the whole process took a little bit longer than i thought it would have. With that said I would still recommend this car dealer.
