Agreed an appointment date and time for a car viewing and test drive and all agreed with Adrian. Luckily I had emailed the day before as was rudely informed that the car had been sold several days before. Poor customer service would have cost me several hours for a wasted journey.

Awful company. They buy shitty cars from auction that have been sitting in shitty warehouses for months, then jet wash the engine bay, valet the interior, then pass them on to unsuspecting customers. Don't ever ask them to repair the inevitable faults you WILL experience after buying from these monkeys. They couldn't even fix a handbrake on my car. If you value your time and money - steer well clear!!!!!
We bought a Volvo v50 from procars in Hassocks in July, just had it serviced and it has been given a clean bill of health, lovely car, really pleased with it.
Bought 6 yr old car from owner Adrian- very helpful and accommodating gentleman who was easy to deal with and listened to my concerns in a supportive way. Helpful, genuine and happy to deal with trade-ins. Would highly recommend Procars Ltd!

Procars LTD was good and everything went smoothly. Had no issues with the Nissan I bought from them and they gave me a decent price for my PX. The car was very clean and therefor I would recommend them.
